DESTINYS MYSTERY has amassed an unfortunate run of second-place finishes in recent weeks and deserves to go one better. City In The Sky trailed the selection and Axspect The Best when fourth last time, but hung on that occasion, and give a better account on a sounder surface.

Verdict

READ THE TECHNIQUE wasn't far behind a subsequent winner when taking the minor honours over C&D and gets the vote here. The dropped-in-grade Distorted Dream clearly warrants respect with his sights lowered, although he needs to show more, and West Bay Road holds solid place claims after another decent effort in defeat.
