Trainer says

She is a decent mare who won a Graded race at Sandown last year. The plans with her is to send her over fences – she is an Irish point winner and I would have thought two and a half miles plus in novice chases would be ideal for her. She loves soft ground.

Trainer says

He was progressive last year, and he was fairly hot-headed in his younger days but the more racing he has done the better he has got. He won a couple last season and I would expect that he would probably improve again this season. We will start him at two and a half, but I could see him stepping up to three miles later in the season.

He is a good novice from last year who really took to chasing well. We will stick to two miles with him for the time being, but I could see him going up to two and a half later on. He does seem to appreciate better ground and wouldn’t want it too deep.

I never got him right last year – we had one or two little niggles. He seems in good form again and I think the plan is to send him novice chasing over two and a half miles plus.

He was a decent novice hurdler and he schooled very well over fences in the spring. We gave him one run in a novices’ chase at Cartmel and he was impressive when winning. I would think we would go two and a half miles with him, and I think he is a smart horse.

Trainer says

He finished third in the Ladbrokes Trophy last season and ran some decent races without winning. We will probably train him for the Ladbrokes Trophy again. He could have one run over hurdles as a pipe-opener and we will see what happens.

158-rated hurdler. Missed last season but finished fifth, beaten 14 lengths, to Buveur D’Air in the 2018 Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham (2m 1/2f) in March of that year and also took the Grade 2 Kingwell Hurdle at Wincanton (1m 7 1/2f) by two and a half lengths from Ch’tibello.

Trainer says

He is back cantering away and obviously he missed last season jumping. You won’t see him until the second half of the season but if we get him back, we would be looking at those conditions hurdles for him. He finished fifth in a Champion Hurdle at couple of years ago.

Trainer says

She is a decent bumper mare and won very impressively at Southwell. She probably had gone over the top when I ran her at Aintree. She has summered really well and is working away grand and she will go mare novices’ hurdles. I would imagine we would start her at two miles, but she would get a bit further.

He is a grand little horse – not the biggest and we won a couple of good handicap hurdles with him last season. We sent him over fences, and he seems to love it and he has won his two. He has only just come back from his late summer holiday and it is going to get harder with his double penalty but he’s a grand horse who tries very hard and I hope he will win again.

He is a horse I like a lot and he won on the all-weather at Kempton. I would think he would have another run on the Flat before he goes novice hurdling. He will want two miles plus and he would want soft ground as he loves a bit of dig.

She was a good flat mare who won a couple of races over hurdles for us including a listed race at Doncaster. She doesn’t want soft ground and she will be looking for mares handicap hurdle at around two miles.

He won at Plumpton in February and wouldn’t be a superstar. He had an issue with sore shins last season but hopefully he has grown out of that now. I would like to think he will win again.

He is a very likeable Irish point-to-point winner. We bought him in the spring and did a little bit of work with him and we were pleased with that. He will head straight over hurdles and will start over two and a half miles with the likelihood that he will step up in trip as the season goes on.

Gained his second success over hurdles at Market Rasen (2m 2 1/2f) in April when scoring by nine lengths from Garrettstown and subsequently finished runner-up, beaten two and three quarter lengths, to Getaway Trump in the Final Handicap Hurdle at Sandown (2m) in April off a mark of 133.

Trainer says

He just took a little time to get his act together but then won a couple in the spring and was an excellent second in a very valuable novices’ handicap hurdle at Sandown on the last day of the season. The plan is to stay hurdling with him at the moment and he is possibly one for the Greatwood Hurdle.

Trainer says

He is a lovely bumper horse who was very impressive in a bumper at Southwell in July. I know it was only a summer bumper but the second came out and bolted up the other day and he is a horse we like. I just have to talk with Frank Berry but I could see us staying in bumpers with him this season.

He is going to go novice chasing and was a good tough handicap hurdler last season. We schooled him in the spring and he jumped very well. He is quite fresh so it’s a possibility we may give him one run over hurdles before we go chasing.

He is a decent bumper horse and was placed in his bumper at Kempton and he scoped badly when disappointing in his next start. He will go novice hurdling and he has not been in as long as some so it will be late December before we see him.

She disappointed initially when we sent her hurdling, but she had a little wind operation and then she won well at Warwick in the spring. She will stay hurdling for the time being and I would imagine she could be quite an exciting novice chase prospect in time. We will stay over hurdles at the moment.

He was a decent juvenile last season and won a couple and was unlucky not to finish closer in the Fred Winter. I have been very happy with him since his summer break and he is due to go to Chepstow in mid-October for the four-year-old handicap hurdle.

He is a similar type of horse to Our Power and he won a couple. He will also head to Chepstow for the four-year-old handicap.

Finished fourth, beaten five lengths, to Half Bolly on his debut over hurdles at Market Rasen (2m 1/2f) at the end of September.

Trainer says

He is the first horse I have had for the Royal Ascot Racing Club and he was a winner on the Flat for Richard Hannon. He wasn’t beaten far on his hurdling debut at Market Rasen where he made a couple of mistakes. He can only improve for that experience and should soon be winning.

He is another of our bumper winners and he was successful in his only race at Southwell. He has done particularly well through the Summer and is going to wear the colours of JP McManus. Whether he has one more run in a bumper before going hurdling I am not sure yet.

He has been running well on the Flat this Summer and made a successful return to hurdling in a listed handicap at Market Rasen at the end of last month. He will hopefully continue to make his presence felt in similar events.

164-rated chaser. Made a winning reappearance in the Grade 2 Shloer Chase at Cheltenham (2m) in November and continued to acquit himself well when placed in top company afterwards.

Trainer says

He had a very good season last year and the plan is to start him off in the Shloer Chase at Cheltenham which he won last year. We will go down the same route with him after – Tingle Creek or Peterborough subject to the ground not being heavy. He didn’t cope with heavy ground at all well in the Tingle Creek.

He won last season and the plan is to go novice chasing. He has just taken a little while to mature and hopefully we will see a better horse this season.

He was a progressive horse in bumpers last season and won at Wetherby in March. He will go novice hurdling and he wants a good cut in the ground. He is a big heavy topped horse and I wouldn’t start him until I had got at least soft or slower.

Trainer says

He had a marvellous season – winning the Bet365 at Sandown. I will probably go for the Ladbrokes Trophy and long-term he would be aimed at the Grand National. We will have to go backwards from the Grand National and find his race. He has come back from the summer looking well and he is working well.

She is a very exciting prospect having won the Mares Bumper at Aintree. She’s high-class and having already won an Irish point-to-point her jumping is good. She will go novice hurdling and something to look forward too.

He has been bought by JP and he won a maiden at Newmarket last year. He could run on the Flat before going juvenile hurdling.

136-rated chaser. Off the mark last season with a 13-length victory from Paddy’s Poem off a mark of 117 at Stratford (2m 1f) in March and followed up with a seven-length win from Envoye Special at Kempton (2m) a week later.

Trainer says

He had been a little frustrating in that we sent him novice chasing in the spring and he won both his starts and then the ground had firmed up and we couldn’t run him again. We will stick down the two-mile route and he is an exciting prospect. Hopefully he will continue to progress.

93-rated on the Flat. Winner of his first two starts over a mile and a half at Wolverhampton and Ffos Las in August and runner-up over a mile and six furlongs at Haydock in September.

Trainer says

He has been a very progressive three-year-old on the Flat this year. He won his first two and I was very pleased with him when he finished runner-up in a £100,000 handicap at Haydock. He might go to Newmarket in mid-October before going juvenile hurdling.

She won her only start at Uttoxeter. She is a filly who has always worked extremely well at home and she is one I think will stick to bumpers this season.
