Winner of three of his 11 starts on the Flat and currently rated 101. A winner three times this year for Michael Bell and landed his most important victory in the Golden Gates Handicap at Royal Ascot (1m 2f) in June when scoring by three quarters of a length from Lion Of War off a mark of 90.

Trainer says

He went back for a break at the Gredleys after a very successful Flat campaign and has settled in lovely and has done plenty of schooling. He has been gelded and is working and schooling well and enjoys it. He will be starting off in early November either in the Listed Wensleydale Hurdle at Wetherby or Warwick or Huntingdon. If all went well, we would have one eye on the Triumph Hurdle Trial at Cheltenham in the middle of November.

Winner of one of his 2 starts for Charlie Appleby as a two-year-old. Had three quarters of a length in hand of Sir Laurence Graff when winning his maiden at Newmarket (1m 2f) in October of last year.

Trainer says

I bought him off Godolphin at the August Horses-In-Training Sales and he won the second of his two starts in October 2022. He has quite good form, a good attitude and is schooling well. He had a little setback after his maiden success and didn’t run again but, hopefully, he has got over that now and is due to make his debut towards the end of November/ early December. He looks a nice juvenile type and should have no trouble staying two miles.

Finished runner-up, beaten a length, to Vitani on his hurdling debut at Uttoxeter (2m) in July.

Trainer says

We have already run him over hurdles and he was second first time out at Uttoxeter. He will improve for that first run and we haven’t run him since and we kind of waited for the better races. He has schooled and done all his work with Burdett Road and will be ready to run in those early Juveniles in November. He will be a good fun horse and it will be interesting to see how he goes.

Made a winning start for the stable when beating Hiconic seven lengths in a handicap hurdle at Worcester (2m) in August off a mark of 110. Most recently finished fourth, beaten four and a half lengths, to Thahab Ifraj in a handicap hurdle at Exeter (2m 2 1/2f) in October off a mark of 119.

Trainer says

We bought him for the Brownsbarn syndicate, and he quickly got off the mark at Worcester and won well, probably too well, and was hit harshly enough for winning. The race went against him in the Prelude at Market Rasem, a race Alex (Chadwick) fancied him in. Then we ran him over an extended two miles and two and furlongs at Exeter the other day and he didn’t quite stay. He is entered for the Conditional Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham on Friday and if it continues to dry, I think he goes there with a good chance. We have Jamie Gambin who rode his first winner for me the other day claiming 10lb and he has a lot of experience with all his point-to-point rides and. Hopefully, he runs another good race.

Winner of four of his 20 starts and currently rated 110 over hurdles. Has finished runner-up in two of his four starts for the stable including when finishing two lengths adrift of Sea The Clouds in a handicap hurdle at Warwick (3m 1f) in September off a mark of 108.

Trainer says

He was a cheap horse we bought from Paul Webber at the Doncaster Sales. He had a bit of old form in Ireland for Jessica Harrington, and he lost his way in Ireland in some chases. He is quirky but he has been quite consistent for me, and I am sure he will be getting his head in front quite soon. He wouldn’t want deep, deep ground but he will probably have one more run then we will get him ready for the spring. He is a horse we can run in novice chases and things like that.

Winner of eight of his 28 starts and currently rated 121 over hurdles. A winner four times this season and maintained his progressive profile when beating Postmark four and a quarter lengths at Huntingdon (2m) this month off a mark of 114.

Trainer says

He has been a revelation this season and is owned by the butcher Michael Clarke and a farmer George Wright and they are good friends of mine. We have won five and been placed and he struggles when the ground gets soft. He is due a break but following the weather I have been a bit ballsy and declared him for the Grade 2 Sky Bet Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham on Friday. If it dried out, he could go and nick a bit of prize money.

Has won three of his 4 starts since joining the stable this season and completed a hat-trick when beating Hurricane Ali four and a quarter lengths in a handicap hurdle at Aintree (2m 1/2f) in June off a mark of 124. Finished runner-up, beaten 15 lengths, to Carrigeen Kampala in a novics’e hurdle at Newton Abbot (2m 1f) in September on his latest outing.

Trainer says

He has done great through the summer. He unfortunately was beaten on his last start and is having a break now and will be back in the spring.

No wins from 9 starts and currently rated 96 over hurdles. Probably better effort in two runs for the stable when fourth, beaten 13 lengths, to Escobedo in a handicap hurdle at Sedgefield (2m 1f) in October off a mark of 99.

Trainer says

He is a cheap horse I bought from Michael Hourigan at Doncaster Sales. He ran an ok race at Sedgefield the first time for me at what was probably not the right track. At Exeter he was far too keen and blew his chance, but he has been dropped by the handicapper. We have already schooled him over a fence, and he should be winning shortly.

Winner of four of his 25 starts and currently rated 129 over hurdles and 124 over fences. Unplaced in two chases and one hurdle for the stable since September.

Trainer says

He was a very good horse for Nicky Henderson and the Million-In-Mind and also for Gordon Elliott. I bought him chancily in the hope of bringing him back to his form and I thought his second run for me was a little better in a chase. He was very disappointing in my eyes at Chepstow, and we are going to put a line through that and carry on. There are no plans as yet, but he has been working nicely at home and if can nick this horse into a race at the Festival he would be a lovely day out horse. We may go novice hunter chasing with him in the spring as he might find that easier and get his mojo back.”

Winner of five of his 25 starts and currently rated 125 over hurdles. Scored by three and three quarter lengths from Typical Thomas in a beginners chase at Downpatrick (2m 3f) in August before joining the stable.

Trainer says

He is for some new owners in the yard and was bought out of Charles Byrnes’s. We quite liked the look of him at the Sale, but he was withdrawn and bought privately. He has not been with me long, but he looks like he could turn into a nice handicap chaser.

No wins from 12 starts and currently rated 110 over hurdles. Having his first outing for the stable when fourth, beaten 58 lengths, to Mr Mackay in a maiden hurdle at Huntingdon (2m 3 1/2f) in October.

Trainer says

Most of the ones we have received have progressed, but he has regressed and he ran too bad to be true at Huntingdon. We found a couple of things wrong, and we are putting them right. He is a nice maiden hurdler with a bit of experience. We really liked him before we ran him and, hopefully, we can get that back.

Winner of one of his 15 starts and currently rated 77 over hurdles. Made a winning start for the stable in a novices’ handicap hurdle at Plumpton (2m) on Monday when beating Embolden eight lengths.

Trainer says

He is another cheap horse who has a tiny bit of form in Ireland a good while ago and he has slipped to a good handicap mark. He is owned by a very good friend of mine Phil Symonds who trains greyhounds and used to have pointers with me and Mick Bridges, a car dealer. He duly obliged first time out and was due to run on Wednesday, but it was called off. We will look for somewhere for him before he gets reassessed. He will win some more races, he is a nice little horse.

She is a three-year-old filly by Camelot and Mr Gredley bought her as a yearling. We have had her a few spells and she is a lovely raw filly. She is getting her act together and she is due to make her debut very soon. That could be in a mares’ juvenile bumper at Stratford on November 2nd. She shows a good level of ability at home, and we hope she very one much for the future.

She was bought at the Horses-In-Training Sales, and we have been waiting for the ground for her. She has schooled well, and she will run through November. We are looking to take her to Newbury for a mares’ novices’ hurdle.

Scored on his first two starts for the stable, beating Coconut Twist four and a quarter lengths in handicap hurdle at Southwell (2m 4 1/2f) in July off a mark of 70 and following in a novices’ handicap chase at Worcester (2m 4f) in August off a mark of 74. Finished fourth, beaten nine and a quarter lengths, to Mactavish in a novices’ handicap chase at Hereford (2m 5 1/2f) on Tuesday.

Trainer says

We bought him from Ascot Sales, and he won his first two starts for us, a hurdle and a chase, and then he got beat twice. He probably should have won at Cartmel and then ran well at Hexham. He ran at Hereford on Tuesday, and he was prominent and it probably didn’t work for him.

No wins in four starts for Stuart Crawford and currently rated 103. Finished third, beaten 28 lengths, to El Poppochapo in a mares’ novices’ hurdle at Ayr (2m 4 1/2f) in January when last seen out.

Trainer says

She was sent to me by some new owners and the purchased her from Stuart Crawford. The handicapper has given her 103 which I hope is reasonable. She will start off in the next ten days and I think she will be a two-and-a-half-mile filly.

Trainer says

He is a horse I bought at the Horses-In-Training Sale, and we have been waiting for nice ground for him. I ran him at Southwell recently and he has been dropped 2lb. Hopefully, he can be a bit more competitive now.

Winner of one of her 12 starts on the Flat and currently rated 60. Having her debut for the stable when finishing fifth, beaten 12 lengths, to Grain Of Hope in a mares’ maiden hurdle at Ludlow (2m) in October.

Trainer says

She is nice filly we bought for the Brownsbarn Syndicate. I thought she ran well at Ludlow and was a little keen and she looked the winner turning in then got a bit tired. She is due to run at Fakenham in a juvenile fillies’ hurdle on November 1st and Fakenham should be a track that suits her.

Trainer says

He has been placed a few times and his work suggests he should have got off the mark by now. I am sure he will be winning a race soon. He is probably just a little too high in the handicap.

Trainer says

I love this horse and he was a cheap horse who has done very well for Alex (Chadwick). When he won at Aintree on his last start, he went round there very good and I have always wanted to win the Foxhunters'. That was a Class 3 and the owner wants Festival runners and I told him this is chance to have a Festival winner at Aintree. We will go the Hunter Chase route and he will run in a point-to-point under my wife’s name and then he will come back to me to go Hunter Chasing with the aim of going for the Foxhunters' at Liverpool. Two mile five on good ground there he is going to have a good live chance.

Has won three times this season since joining the stable and gained his last success in a handicap hurdle at Perth (2m) in August when beating Well Planted a neck off a mark of 133. Surpassed those efforts in a Listed Hurdle at Kempton (2m) on Sunday when runner-up, beaten two and three quarter lengths, to Rubaud.

Trainer says

He ran an absolute cracker at Kempton on Sunday, and he has been a great horse for us and should take us to these big meetings. The plan was a summer campaign and he should have won his last five. He has gone up the weights accordingly and the plan was to go for the Welsh Champion Hurdle, but it looked to wet at the time and then wasn’t. We know where we are with him, and he ran a career best the other day. He is only five and could keep on improving. He has schooled over a fence, and we will probably wait for that but he will go for the Greatwood. We were going to give him a break after that but he enjoys his racing so we will see. He is a County Hurdle type and is a strong traveller so the faster they go the better.

No wins from 5 starts and currently rated 71 over hurdles. Having his first run for the stable when seventh, beaten 56 lengths, to Book Of Tales in a maiden hurdle at Fontwell (2m 1 1/2f) in August.

Trainer says

He was bought by Mr Gredley off Jim Bolger. We probably ran him too soon after gelding him and he went a bit weak. He has been back to the Stud, and he will be brought back with a spring campaign in mind. He is a big horse and will be ok in time.

She is by Flemensfirth and she is not quite as forward as Love Tree. She will probably start off at Christmas time or early in the New Year. She just needs to strengthen a bit more.
