Cheshire Lady finished runner-up over this C&D last time and, with the possibility of further improvement to come, she can get involved again here. Blades Harmony and Jigajig are others to consider.
Both Dimaire and Jigajig have wide draws to overcome, but, even so, rate the most likely winners in a very ordinary contest. Slight preference is for the former with Jamie Spencer booked, while Cheshire Lady is another to consider.

Cordell is rated head and shoulders above these on all-weather but he was well beaten on turf earlier this month and it would be unwise to take his official rating of 85 too literally now. TOUS LES DEUX has returned to form of late and a reproduction of his Kempton handicap runners-up effort last week might be good enough to land this. Libertino can also take a hand.
The race revolves around Cordell, who boasts easily the best form on offer, but is far from bombproof down in grade and tried blinkered. He still gets a tentative vote, though Tous Les Deux and Libertino are valid options also.

SOUTHANDWEST can go well fresh and has won off higher marks than his current rating of 78 so he edges the verdict in a competitive little heat. Rubenstar was in good heart when last seen in January and has to be on the shortlist after his break.
This looks very open indeed, but there are a few potential front runners in the field and it could be set up for something coming from behind, Rubenstar fitting the bill in that regard. Southandwest was in good form when last seen in December and should go well, while Seasider is holding his form well at the minute.

UNCLE KEEF shaped as though the step up to this trip would suit when fourth at Folkestone over 1m4f on his handicap debut last week and he could prove capable of much better than his current mark of 60. Pearl would have solid claims if translating the pick of her hurdles form to the flat. Bold Adventure and Strikemaster complete the shortlist.
Uncle Keef went into many notebooks when an eye-catching fourth over shorter on his recent turf return and is almost certainly capable of better in due course. However, Bold Adventure has done little wrong of late and he gets the nod on account of his proven stamina. Rare Coincidence could prove the best alternative for placepotters.

ARCTIC COSMOS showed enough in two runs in maidens last year to suggest that he can land a contest of this nature and he gets a confident vote this afternoon. Dane Cottage has been knocking on the door and looks sure to be on the premises once again, while Mark To Market has also shown enough to suggest he can win races and he should not be left out of calculations.
John Gosden has already won a couple of maidens here this year and this looks a good opportunity for Arctic Cosmos to make a winning start to his 3-y-o campaign. Dane Cottage is sure to be thereabouts if she reproduces her previous efforts this year, while the well-bred Home Advantage could easily step up a good deal on his sole juvenile start.

However, the one to beat could be LADIES DANCING who was only beaten half a length over 1m4f at Kempton on his latest outing and could still have more to offer. Lisbon Lion is another obvious contender.
Amical Risks has thrived this year and can continue his excellent run over C&D. Lisbon Lion should be thereabouts judged on the way he's run on both Flat starts for his current yard, while Ghufa is always respected around here and has been better than the result on turf the last twice.
