Plenty in with chances here but preference is for MAD TUNES, who followed a $20k maiden claimer success at Delaware with a win in this grade here last time. Both successes came over 6f but he's shown in the past he gets this trip and can complete the hat-trick tonight. Disco Rhythm has been knocking on the door in this grade and could be the one for the exacta although De La Warr and Doublethestyle were second and third in a similar contest latest and must be considered.
PADRE ED completed a hat-trick with a 1m success here, with his last two successes coming in this grade. There seems no reason why he can't make it four on the trot. Majestic Hope was a close second in this grade latest and looks the danger but Steady Gentleman and Loose N Capable are not out of it.
This looks a fine opportunity for MR. SORGUCCI to open his account at the fifth time of asking. He's run with credit in much better races than this and should get his head in front now, dropped to this grade. My Dream Catcher, Golden Success and One Golden Cat can fight out the minor honours.
ALEJA GRAND looks the one to be on here. Third in a similar contest over C&D latest, she has good form in better races and looks set to break her duck at the 11th time of asking. The danger might be Kiwi Mistress, who ran well on debut over 7f here and should benefit for the longer trip while Trip Angel might not be too far away.
Difficult to see beyond ORBISTON PARVA here. The winner in some style of her last three starts - including success here in this grade - she looks far too good for these rivals. Ima Jersey Girl won a slightly weaker contest at Monmouth latest and looks the one for the exacta while Oh So Bella might not be too far away.
STAND PROUD rattled the crossbar when beaten by a head here last month and is taken to gain compensation now dropped in trip. Third in the same race, Belle's Notion is feared most, with Cantona also respected after scoring over 7f here latest.
The drop back to 7f counted against OUR ROCKET MON here last time but a previous 1m success at Penn suggests the return to this trip could see him back in the winner's enclosure. Doasisay Notasisay and Juke Box Joe are others to consider.
IL VILLANO hacked up over C&D in October and progressed again when landing a valuable stakes race at Aqueduct latest. The selection has posted speed figures superior to the rest of the field on all three of his runs to date and should take the world of beating. Gal Has To Like It and Won The War are others to consider.
The return to 6f will suit Kristal Kiwi, outpaced over the extended 5f here in October, but preference is for HOLY DEFRERE, who ran her best race for a while when runner-up at Monmouth last month. Fabulousity is also worthy of consideration.
