CRYSTAL HIGHNESS is proving expensive to follow but it might be worth giving her one more chance tonight. She hasn't really threatened to break her duck in six starts but has gone close in better races than this and might be able to get her head in front in this company. Certerach was a well held third on his debut at Leopardstown but showed enough to suggest he could be the one for the forecast. Templeton is also looking exposed but should be thereabouts although Paddy The Celeb has been knocking on the door and might not be too far away.
The once-raced pair of Specification and Certerach look the two to concentrate on in this maiden, with Dermot Weld's runner just getting the nod. Paddy The Celeb is a solid each-way player.

GRA GEAL MO CHROI won a similar contest over this trip at Sligo two starts ago and wasn't far way when fourth in a Tramore claimer latest. She might not have seen out the 1m 4f trip then and a return to this distance could see her back in the winner's enclosure. Curl Cat looks the one for the forecast after a string of solid efforts but his only win in 21 starts came on the polytrack. Belleau looks out of sorts but has won in this grade in July while Rocky's Pride has claims on his best efforts.
This shouldn't take a great deal of winning and Dromin View looks the most solid of an average bunch. Gra Geal Mo Chroi and Curl Cat can chase the selection home.

In a wide open contest, it could be worth sticking with SCOTS GAELIC. After several efforts over longer distances, he scored with a little in hand over 1m 3f at Killarney last month. He's up 6lb here but a further drop in trip could see him follow up. Snap Alam is up just 3lb for her 1m Wexford success but has never won beyond 1m 1f. Nevertheless, she looks the one for the forecast while Moving Statue, Kastania and Calle Aneto can be given chances on the pick of their form.
Kastania really caught the eye behind Scots Gaelic at Killarney and is just shades the verdict over Pat Flynn's runner. Moving Statue can complete the 3.

This might provide a fine opportunity for THE DRUNKEN DR to break his duck at the 12th time of asking. The penny seems to have dropped recently for Niall Moran's charge and although he's up 1lb following his close second over this trip at Sligo, there could be more to come. Summer Glow is also improving and, although he still has more to find, could pose the biggest threat. The handicapper might have the measure of Gowran Park winner Night Singer now while Llew Law is running well but needs to raise her game.
The Drunken Dr is a speculative selection in a trappy handicap, with Summer Glow and Night Singer standing out as the most solid alternatives.

The danger could be Annie Other, who hasn't proved the most consistent and is up in class but has won on two of her last four starts. Eyre Apparent broke his duck over timber at Kilbeggan latest and has to be considered, along with Royal Choice.
This is a weak minor event and Royal Choice wouldn't need to improve much on his recent second to see off Annie Other and Loch Long.

IN A NUTSHELL was a well beaten second over 2m at Kilbeggan last month but put in three good efforts before that, when also second, and a repeat of that form could be enough to see off these rivals. The progressive Peaks Of Fire, a close second at Down Royal latest, looks an obvious threat but Kilbeggan 'bumper' winner Dr Tommy and useful Flat horse Prince Chaparral look useful recruits to the jumping game and could take a hand in the finish tonight.
Dr Tommy looks the one with the most potential in this maiden hurdle and is preferred to the obvious each-way players Peaks of Fire and In A Nutshell.
