Although he's up 6lb for his latest win and tackles the all-weather for the first time, NOLECCE looks the answer to this puzzle. He's been in fine form all year, winning twice at Newcastle last month and his latest success - in a better race than this - looks the best form on offer tonight. Empress Leizu scored over C&D last time and looks the danger despite a 6lb rise, while Bideeya is not without a chance on her best form.
New Beginning may finally fulfil his potential for his new stable. He certainly shaped well over C&D on his return from a break last time, and gets the vote ahead of Twisted and Sumner.

BUSHWHACKER did his early racing in Hong Kong, where he performed with credit without breaking his duck. He's carried on in the UK where he left off and should be up to scoring at last in this contest. He's shown a real liking for the all-weather and was only beaten a neck over this C&D last week when hampered in the closing strides. Aalsmeer has claims on the pick of her form while the consistent Mottley Crewe could go close if handling the switch to the all-weather.
Bushwhacker won't be found a much easier race in which to shed his maiden tag, but he didn't look entirely straightforward here last time and could be worth taking on. Cloth Ears has finished well held in both runs so far but they have come in better races and she has shown plenty of speed. She could be worth chancing, with Aalsmeer another to consider.

He was hard pressed when scoring over C&D last time and is up 8lb in the ratings tonight but that was only his second start on the all-weather and he's dropped in class here. New Code scored by a neck here last week but has risen 5lb for that success and isn't certain to get this trip, while Pearl has claims on his best form but is not the most consistent.

HIGHLAND LOVE showed a likeable attitude when landing the spoils over C&D three weeks ago and, despite a 2lb rise in the handicap, he is taken to follow up this evening. Guga ran well in the first-time cheekpieces (worn again tonight) at Redcar last time and warrants respect with title-chasing jockey Paul Hangan taking over in the saddle, while Astound has been running well in defeat recently and cannot be left out of calculations.
Guga ran a better race last time and can make a winning start to life with yet another new stable. Astound and Belle Park could prove best of the rest in an ordinary race.
