Not the strongest of races to kick things off and it could pay to side with OUR TOP BANANA, who is entitled to have learnt a great deal from his debut sixth over 7f here and dropping in trip tonight should also help. Flashy Felipe and Celtic Pride are others to consider.
KAT'S MYSTERY won with any amount in hand over slightly further here last time and she will take some stopping if in the same mood tonight. Other in-form players Cuvee Madame and Silent Spin are most feared.
It could pay to side with HOT LADY. She produced her best effort for some time when runner-up over 5 1/2f here latest and ought to go very close tonight if reproducing that level of performance. Movin To Utopia and Yankee Babe also have claims.
PLEASANT EARTH will arrive full of confidence having won readily over slightly further here last time and he gets the vote to follow up. Hampton Bays Sun has every chance if forgiven his lacklustre performance latest, while Charles Russell takes a significant drop in class.
LEAVING TRAX rattled the crossbar over the extended 4f at Arlington Park on debut and is expected to improve upon that effort, with the benefit of a run behind him, now stepped up in trip. Heat Press and Time For Spring make most appeal of the newcomers.
Ridethesilvertrain is a potential improver now eased in grade but of more interest is BENIMARI, who hacked up over 7f here last month and is expected to improve for the step up to this longer trip. Lady S makes most appeal of the remainder.
SIR CADIAN wasn't beaten far over a route on his last run at Penn and, a scorer over C&D in this grade last month, he's taken to return to winning ways while evidently in good heart. Unbroken and Merry's Very Won make most appeal of the remainder.
PHIL DANCER was noted as putting in his best work in the closing stages over 6f at Penn when last sighted and gets the vote now stepping up to this longer trip. Yourhonorandglory and Dilatory make most appeal of the remainder.
Darn That Raven found her stamina stretched over 7f here when last sighted and could improve for this drop in trip. She's stepping up in grade, however, so of more interest is GREAT LOOKINBLONDE, who scored over C&D on her penultimate outing in May. Officer Big Red is another considered.
VEGAS JOE finished his race off strongly over the extended 6f here when last sighted and is taken to improve upon that third-placed effort now granted this extra yardage. College Bound and Jim's Gold Pick can battle it out for the minor money.
