Verdict

CHANCE ENCOUNTER was far too strong for her rivals on her local debut and looks worth following. The dropped-in-grade Valerie Victoria is feared most, although the hat-trick seeking Sarah's Big Day isn't lightly dismissed either.

Verdict

MR BRIONI lowers his sights after a creditable third in more competitive company and is given the vote. Hideaway Moon is only reluctantly passed over, though, as he was narrowly touched off in a similar race last month. The consistent Stitcher completes the shortlist.
