POUNGACH finished a distant fifth behind Dynaste in the Feltham when last sighted but looks a serious player now dropped in grade. A reproduction of the form which saw him land minor money in Grade 2 novice company at Wincanton in November would suffice here. Shoegazer won a valuable chase over this trip at Newton Abbot in September and looks the main danger ahead of Tenor Nivernais, whose best form has been over shorter.

RADETSKY MARCH should make it two from two in hunter chases today. Rated 130 over hurdles in his pomp, he returned from a lay-off to make a winning debut for Sally Duckett when scoring with eased in this sphere at Lingfield 12 days ago and he can get the better of Bleuvito. The latter went well in good company in similar events last summer but the lack of a recent run (last seen in June) is a concern, likewise for Keel Road, who won a 3m chase on his latest outing in October 2010.

Farbreaga is in fine form and made it three wins from his last four starts over 2m5f recently, but an 8lb hike could scupper his hat-trick claims and perhaps better treated is THUNDERING HOME. The selection landed a conditional jockeys' event at Sandown on Friday, he escapes punishment for that taking success and will relish these extra two furlongs. Priest Island blew away the cobwebs at Ludlow last month and, if judged on his debut fourth at Chepstow 10 months ago, he could be well treated on his handicap bow.
