TRUMPET MAN was an impressive winner last time and should have the beating of My Adonis, who shaped reasonably well on his seasonal reappearance after a gelding operation. Senora Dubai got back to winning ways in a slightly lower grade earlier this month and is feared most.
A poor contest even for this level, and SPACE COWBOYS receives a tentative vote after an improved effort last month. He has the beating of Swagner on that form and with no obvious reason why it should be reversed, he is taken to score. Heavy Hitter and All My Memories are feared most, with preference for the former.
KINER'S KORNER comes out on top in the ratings and has shaped in his two starts this season as though winning a maiden is very possible. He should be suited by this trip and can get the better of the returning That L D K Is Mine and Haudenosaunee.
GLOBAL WARRIOR has a decent enough profile and should go well dropped down to this class. The connections of Everydoghashisday take similar action and he must have claims back in a sphere where he previously looked progressive. Here He Fitz is entitled to improve for his reappearance last week, but would need to in this company.
A typically tricky allowance race and a cautious vote goes the way of WISE GUIDE, who should relish conditions and can improve enough to reverse the form with Honor Bound. Calzini Rossi finished strongly over a shorter trip last time and could be one to note, while Chief Assignment moves up in class chasing the hat-trick after a three-month break.
GOLDEN FIRE won on her return to action last month before running a decent race in an allowance event almost a fortnight ago here. The drop in grade should suit the daughter of Golden Missile and she looks the one to beat. Sky Fortune has returned in fine form and is a danger from the front, while Bear Dance has solid claims on her recent form.
SPARTAN EMPEROR sets the standard on his decent effort here last month and looks the one to beat in the same grade. Romantic Henry and Classic Blaze both have run some nice races at Tampa this year and look the main threats.
MISS RICKLES won for new connections here last time out and, although this race is tougher, there should be better to come, especially stepping up in distance. Chickaletta is another who should improve returning to Finger Lakes, while More Than A Image has claims in an open-looking event.
SOUL OPPOSITION ran okay on her return when finishing behind Reading Glasses and should improve for that outing here. Tia Lana should appreciate the return to Finger Lakes, while Gramma G G can prove very inconsistent but has the talent to go well if she puts it all in.
