A case can be made for plenty in this wide open sprint handicap. Richard Fahey landed this prize last year and he has a strong hand again with Coolminx, Johannes and ANGLEZARKE. The latter has posted some solid efforts in Listed company this year and she looks feasibly treated. Our Jonathan is yet to find top gear this year but he could figure in the finish if doing so today. The progressive Harry Patch and the well handicapped Arganil are others with claims.
The hat-trick seeking Cheveton will go well again, particularly if the ground comes up very soft, but Harry Patch stands out a mile against mainly exposed handicappers, and there's a good chance he'll prove better than this grade. Noble Storm is also of interest for the excellent Ed McMahon.

GALTYMORE LAD did not achieve much when winning a match at Salisbury last time but he had previously finished runner-up twice to the classy Wootton Bassett in valuable sales races and he sets a very strong standard here. Cape To Rio was far from disgraced in Group 3 company at Ascot behind Electric Waves earlier this month and he rates the most obvious danger to Mick Channon's representative. Invincible Ridge finished behind him on that occasion but he has place prospects back up in trip today.
Galtymore Lad is rock solid, and the obvious starting point, but Signs In The Sand has looked a smart prospect on occasions, and is taken to improve past him. The Richard Hannon pair Cape To Rio and Invincible Ridge will appreciate the return to 6f, and are next best.

Aidan O'Brien took this with St Nicholas Abbey last year and it would be no surprise to see his Tipperary maiden winners Seville and Master Of Hounds go well. Dunboyne Express won a Group 3 contest over 6f at the Curragh back in July and he has major claims providing he stays a mile, while Casamento went close in a Group 1 in September and made no mistake when eased in grade last time. Titus Mills scored in Listed company over 7f at Goodwood last month and the step up to a mile looks sure to suit him but the one to beat could be NATIVE KHAN. Ed Dunlop's colt followed up his impressive Newmarket debut success with a cosy win in a Sandown Group 3 and there should be more improvement to come from the likeable grey now stepped up to a mile.
Brian Meehan has been very upbeat about the chance of Titus Mills, and he could well emerge as the leading British runner after creating a good impression in winning both his starts to date. However, Irish-raiders Casamento and Dunboyne Express already have smart form in the book, and the former is preferred, albeit narrowly.

He has a touch of class and he looks the one to beat today. St Moritz was not at his best at Ascot last time but he has major claims here on the form of his Newmarket handicap success back in July while City Style could also take a hand along with Inler who can figure if settling in the early stages.

CRACKENTORP finished well beaten at Haydock last time but he had previously posted a decent display there behind Kansai Spirit and if returning to that form today, he ought to go very close. Sagamore is unexposed and turned in a respectable effort when third of six at Kempton last month. He can get involved where it matters most while Granston is not impossibly handicapped and should not be overlooked. Tajaarub and Red Jade are also respected.
Useful hurdler Alazan ran out a decisive winner returned to the Flat at Sandown last month, and there's every chance he remains ahead of the handicapper. Ella has been cut some slack by the assessor and can go well if the ground is on the soft side, whilst it's too soon to be writing off the lightly-raced 3-y-o Sunny Game.

STAMP DUTY made a winning debut over 6f at Newcastle last month and, with improvement likely over this extra furlong, he can go well off a mark of 79. Unex El Greco impressed when making a winning debut at Leicester and he then performed with credit when runner-up at Newbury on his handicap debut. He is up 5lb in the weights for that performance but there could be more to come. Male Model, Jaaryah and Honeymead are others with major claims in a competitive nursery.
It should pay to concentrate on those at the top of the weights, in particular Unex El Greco, who impressed with the way he travelled at Newbury last time and can recoup losses incurred there. Male Model didn't get the breaks when runner-up on his handicap debut and should again be thereabouts, while Jaaryah will be dangerous if settling better than at Kempton recently.
