MICHEL'S ANGEL has been knocking on the door in a higher level and should appreciate a return to 6f. She boasts by far the highest latest speed-figure and could be tough to beat here. The main threat appears to be Fountain Of Truth, who returns to the C&D of her best performance.
Jesus Carboni came home in front over C&D last month before been placed 3rd through disqualification, another big run looks on the cards but the preference is for LITTLE THUNDER. He has been threatening to break through and his narrow second over an extended 1m here on his sole turf outing suggested today's step up in trip will suit.
RILED AGAIN has been touched off by the shortest of margins over further on her last two starts and she can go one better from the rail post over today's shorter trip. However, a strong challenge is expected from Starship Elaine who is much better than her latest run suggests and will relish a return to a short trip.
All Cash landed a similar event over C&D in April, as did Blind River Fox who has remained in good order. Son Of Appeal got up late over 7f here latest, but a drop in trip may not be in his favour and the vote goes to PLENILUNIO. The 4-y-o sets the standard with his recent third in a higher grade and he would be tough to stop if reproducing that form.
HIDE AND CHIC romped home by over 13l over C&D last time out - putting up a very impressive speed-figure - and, with connections firing on all cylinders, is very tough to oppose today. Cut The Mustard also sluiced in, but over a slightly shorter trip, here latest and will be ready to pounce should the selection falter.
BILLYBOB BLY arrives in search of a hat-trick and put up the highest latest speed-figure over C&D. He is taken to score again, at the main expense of Gold Sheild who also notched over C&D latest and is very consistent at this track. Elsewhere, Dixie's Band filled the runner-up berth in a higher grade last time out and is a threat from an inside post.
Lauraelises Sister and CRAFTY DIVA both appreciated the return to sprinting last time and look sure to go close. The latter probably achieved more when taking a similar event by a neck and gets the vote. Simply Joli was beaten by her wide draw last time and is another to consider.
SILENCE IS GOLDEN can put her experience too good use and take this from seven newcomers. She was well fancied when just touched off on her debut and can go one better. I've Got Honor could make a bold bid from rail post along with Z Prime Rate, whose stable are going well at present.
CRYSTAL POND was a most impressive winner over this track and trip last time, and with her stable in fine form, she can follow up. The lightly raced Sweetest Elvira has shaped nicely in two outings to date and looks the main threat. Another to consider is Digital Delight who returns to her favourite trip here.
THAT'S REAL NICE finished a creditable runner-up in a similar event over seven furlongs on his previous outing and looks capable of going one better in this company. Bohica has shown promise over sprint distances and could go close if staying this trip, while Supermarket Queen cannot be discounted taking a drop in class.
