BUBBLY BALLERINA should only has to reproduce the level of her excellent third to Miss Work Of Art in Listed company at York's Dante meeting to break her maiden here. Alan Bailey's filly showed plenty of pace before battling on well in the final furlong to gain some valuable black type and could still end up at Royal Ascot. Rooknrasbryripple should make sure she doesn't have everything her own way and the market should reflect expectations surrounding the newcomer, Dubar Way.
Bubbly Ballerina is expected to destroy Rooknrasbryripple for early speed, and there should be no way back for Mick Channon's filly.
She has won three times at 1m 2f on firm and good ground and on the all-weather. Beaten a short head by Penang Cinta when second of 5 at 2-1 on her latest outing over this course and distance (good to firm) earlier this month.

Celestial Girl has gained both turf wins here and nearly made it three when inched out by Penang Cinta on her reappearance. Hughie Morrison has his string in splendid fettle at present but FILUN is afforded the narrowest of preferences. Anthony Middleton's six-year-old has suddenly discovered a new lease of life with ultra-smooth successes the last twice, including a course and distance victory, and is best followed until beaten in his current mood. Lauberhorn looks up against it.
Filun can't be ignored having cruised to victory on his last 2 starts, but he's still not one to trust off the bridle, and he's sure to have his mettle tested by Celestial Girl, who gets the vote. Lauberhorn has something to prove after a lacklustre end to his 2010 campaign.

FINAL LIBERATION showed little in four outings as a juvenile but steps up in trip for his seasonal/handicap debut today and it would be no surprise to see him make a bold bid off what looks a feasible mark. The Channon team field two with Tidal Run looking the most likely after a comfortable success at Carlisle recently. The Hurricane Run filly is entitled to have plenty more to come and looks the main danger despite her penalty. The consistent Surprise represents the each-way option in an interesting heat.
Tidal Run gets a token vote having improved to land a handicap at Carlisle on Monday, although she was rather presented the race there and isn't one to go overboard about at short odds, while a market move for Sir Mark Prescott's Final Liberation would look ominous.
Placed once in two starts. Well beaten at 14-1 behind Roninski when last of 5 on his latest outing at Wolverhampton over 7f last month. He is wearing a tongue-tie for the first time.

John Dunlop is enjoying a fine spell and his Green Desert filly, BAKOURA, can supplement the stable tally here. A one-paced third here last time, she should be well suited by the step up from that sprint trip to a mile, based upon some respectable juvenile efforts over seven furlongs. Blue Deer is the obvious danger, having shown up well until tiring late on at Newbury on his reappearance. Ari Gold warrants a check in the betting market for his in-form yard.
Bakoura is the form choice, and her pedigree gives hope that she'll improve for a belated try at 1m, but she's had her chances, and Burning Stone is preferred, having shaped well behind Dazeen last time. Blue Deer is the other to consider.
A winner at 1m on firm ground. Beaten 6l behind Jewelled at 6-1 when last of 7 on his latest outing at Bath over 1m (firm) earlier this month.

FIRE KING started favourite in eight successive races before finishing a close third at Bath last time when less well supported. His two successes in those eight races both arrived at this venue and he makes plenty of appeal with Neil Callan a good booking. Phluke is into the veteran stage now but retains enough ability to play a prominent role here after a close course and distance second last time. Diddums and Giulietta Da Vinci are others to note.
Fire King should be ready to go after a recent pipe-opener at Bath, and he makes plenty of appeal now back at his favoured venue. Phluke and Giulietta da Vinci have also run well here recently, and head the list of dangers.

DYSIOS stepped up on his previous form when routing his field at Kempton recently and looks a typical Cumani improver. He was the subject of good support that day and should be able to comfortably defy a 6lb penalty. Cathcart Castle is preferred of the Channon pair and rates the main threat but will have to improve to overcome the Cumani charge. Titan Diamond continues to perform to his level but looks in the handicapper's grip at present.
Dysios is ahead of the handicapper, turned out under a penalty following his clear-cut victory at Kempton last time, and will take the world of beating if reproducing those pyrotechnics on turf. Cathcart Castle and Titan Diamond can follow the selection home in that order.

It's a question of catching these sprinters at the right time but MAGICAL SPEEDFIT should go well on a track where he's delivered four of his five successes. Although yet to oblige over a sixth furlong, he handles the trip well and looks sure to give a good account. Volito has just a single win to his name but shaped promisingly on his seasonal reappearance and can go close off the bottom perch. Sherjawy usually finds his way into the shake-up in such events.
Volito and Sherjawy both arrive here on the back of decent efforts and look sure to play a part in the finish. However, Peter Island has been cut some slack by the handicapper and is worth chancing on a course that lends itself well to his style of racing.
