Verdict

Interesting changes to the Vaal racing format and as usual good fields with fair payouts expected. BIBLICAL SUSAN made a promising debut in KwaZulu-Natal and should build on that to good effect here. The first timers need to be watched though. MY FRIEND LEE has run well in two starts and should be right there but the other raced runners will need to make improvement.

Verdict

AGGRESSIVE made an apt debut surging away late even though sustaining an injury. He could be on his way to better things but this is quite competitive.THE STONE THROWER is weighted to win and does have very good form from all over the country. He switches from poly to turf. PENULTIMATE was well backed and won his debut impressively. ROQUEBRUNE has shown potential.
