SUPREME KEANO hasn't proved the most consistent of chasers but has won over the larger obstacles and returned from a short break to finish a close second over 2m 7f at Market Rasen last month. He's up 4lb today but a repeat effort should be good enough to land the spoils here. Outlaw Tom scored over hurdles here over 3m 1f but has yet to make the frame in two runs over fences. Nevertheless, he could prove a threat while Le Commencement, second at Wetherby, could run a big race again.
Supreme Keano isn't one to take skinny odds about given his overall record, but a repeat of his reappearance run should suffice in this company, unless Outlaw Tom can repeat his recent hurdles form returned to the larger obstacles. Shake The Barley is better than he showed last time.

Marodima, third at Newton Abbot, has won off higher marks in the past but doesn't look the force of old and could have too much weight here. Lost Glory tackles fences for the first time and could be well supported but hasn't shown too much over hurdles. It's worth taking a chance on PARK'S PRODIGY, who hasn't shaped without promise in four starts over fences so far. Well held last time, this looks easier and the talented Alexander Voy takes over in the plate tonight.
This is Marodima's easiest opening for some time, and though not one for maximum faith, he's the most likely winner. Chase-newcomer Lost Glory is the obvious alternative given the remainder's lack of recent form.

Plenty in with chances here but preference is for QUIET WHISPER despite having to carry a 7lb penalty for his recent Towcester success. He looked to have plenty in hand on that occasion, should get this trip and we might not have seen the best of him yet. The form of King Ozzy's win at Bangor has been franked with the runner-up scoring well since, but his ability to see out this trip is under question. The veteran Knight Legend, who won over fences latest, cannot be ruled out while chances can also be given to Red Not Blue and Baccalaureate.
Recent winners Red Not Blue, Quiet Whisper and King Ozzy look the trio to concentrate on, the first-named looking to have something up his sleeve when improving another chunk over C&D last month. He has bright prospects of defying his new mark.

Another trappy affair where it might pay to side with SENTIMENTALJOURNEY. A close second over 2m at Worcester on his hurdling debut last month, he showed plenty of promise on that occasion and has very little more to find to score here. Jumping can be a problem for Sara's Smile but the recent Hexham winner has serious claims if putting her best foot forward while Huntingdon novice scorer Captain Sully and the progressive Smart Freddy can be given chances on the pick of their form.
Sentimentaljourney is open to plenty of improvement, but if Smart Freddy can repeat the form he ran to over C&D in January he'll take all the beating. Sara's Smile makes the most appeal of the penalised duo.

Yvonne Evelyn was third over 2m 3f at Fontwell in April and has claims on the pick of her form but has run 13 times without success and is looking exposed. Red Current has claims on her best form but it's worth taking a chance on LANDENSTOWN PEARL, third over 2m 4f at Wetherby latest. She still has something to find but is going the right way and looks open to further improvement.
Yvonne Evelyn has her limitations but her latest Fontwell third looks quite strong in the context of this race, and she is taken to make the most of a good opportunity. Verde Goodwood and Sparkling Air look the chief threats given the stamina doubts surrounding the returning Red Current.

ABNAKI only got up by a nose over 2m 6f at Newton Abbot last month on his second start over timber but looked in command before a blunder at the last. He looks well treated on his handicap debut, will appreciate this longer trip and should take all the beating. Little Carmela scored over 3m at Uttoxeter but looks to have her work cut out off a 7lb higher mark while Our Jim, after a double over fences, looked in the grip of the handicapper next time but has claims back over timber and with first-time blinkers fitted.
Abnaki should have plenty more improvement in him, particularly at this trip, and can make a winning start in handicaps. Course-specialist Restart and top-weight Little Carmela can give him most to think about.

WESTERN APPROACHES went into plenty of notebooks when winning in fine style on her Bangor debut last month. This doesn't look as tough and a repeat effort would surely be good enough to see her land the spoils again. Blase Chevalier won gamely on her debut over 2m at Towcester and looks the one to chase the selection home while Easter Fayre was a well-held third over 1m 6f at Fontwell but was staying on and could get a lot closer over this trip on her second start.
This looks a good opportunity for Western Approaches to follow up her debut success, with Easter Fayre and Towcester winner Blase Chevalier most likely to fight it out for the minor honours.
