All Decked Out, Lady Spitfire and New Freedom have all been knocking on the door but they have had plenty of chances and it could pay to side with SAINT ANNA CARINA. The selection stayed on for a good fourth in eye-catching fashion after being given too much to do over 6f at Belmont latest and there could be more to come following that promising first start for the Jamie Ness stable.
BACARELLA recorded comfortably the highest last speed figure when not beaten far in a higher grade over a route and, with the drop in class and trip sure to help, she can regain the winning thread tonight, possibly at the main expense of Rare Raven and Jennifer's Romeo.
TREZ won with tons in hand over this track and trip last time and she will take some stopping if in the same mood tonight. Passion Point and Lil Champ look to be her biggest dangers.
FOR REAL TOO gets the tentative vote in what looks a fairly open heat. She lost little in defeat when a half-length second over 1m at Philadelphia latest and a repeat performance should see her go very close again. Bobs Pinup Girl and Shiloh's Vine are others to note.
MEDIEVAL CAT returned a wide-margin winner over track and trip last month and is expected to land a double while her well-being is assured. Terlingua's Cause and Chick Right Quick can scrap it out for the silver medal.
The thriving RETURN FIRE confirmed his suitability to conditions when scoring over C&D when last sighted and is difficult to oppose in his present mood. Tropical Deputy and Objection Denied appeal most of the remainder.
AISLE THREE ran a race full of promise when second over 6f here on debut and is expected to improve for this stiffer test. Rimram and Can Do Kid look best of the rest and can battle it out for the minor placings.
