ELEGANT HEART was far from disgraced over 6f on debut here in January and is expected to improve upon that effort, with experience under her belt, now upped in trip. Princess Minerva and Thrice Nice are others worthy of consideration.
STELLSIE wasn't knocked about when upped in grade here last time and should take all of the beating if reproducing that effort in this moderate claimer. Cool Johanna and Stay Classy make most appeal of the remainder.
There could be more to come from Magnificode now he tackles this stiffer test but marginal preference is for NOTSOFASTMYFRIEND, who would take plenty of beating if reproducing the form of his route victory here in January. Quarterback Sneak looks best of the rest.
BATTLEGROUND went down by just a neck in similar company last time out but the consistent five-year-old can go one better if in a similar mood. Coffee Break and Lusterdust are others with claims.
CORTADO has struggled to find his feet in better company but on his return to the track now eased in class, the four-year-old can get off the mark for Bruce Levine. Steinbrenner and Easy Argument make most appeal of the others.
LUCKY ELEVEN has appreciated a change in tactics in recent times and, taking a drop in class for this claimer, a similar ride close to the pace should see her return to the winning enclosure. Venus Starfire and Seren must also be considered.
Archon looks the pick of the Beattie-trained duo but preference is for WITTY KID. He took full advantage of a drop in class when scoring stylishly in similar company at Charles Town last month and he'll take all the beating if arriving in a similar form. Warrensburg is also capable of making a splash at this level.
Haitian Sensation is expected to be sharper for his comeback spin at Parx in January but another subsequent layoff is slightly off-putting so the vote swings to THREE QUARTER TOUT, who is up in class but won in good style over this trip here last month. Knebworth and Trip Permit look the pick of the remainder.
