(1) ADMIRAL THRAWN looks a very safe option indeed having been a good runner up in a similar contest at Chantilly last month. He has been a busy boy but can take his racing. In all truth this four year old and up claiming contest is not one for the purists. Many of them are so exposed and or have lost form. Therefore one of the the younger and less exposed types (6) MARIA'S LEGACY is chosen for top honours. She has threatened to win on more than one occasion of her seven attempts and will take the beating. The price should be fine. (10) BONIFACIO and (4) VIENNA WOODS should be involved at the death and maybe (3) EL CAT BERE also.

(1) GRAN PIERINO might be the answer to this awkward looking puzzle for hard pressed punters.
