Of those with racecourse experience, Swing Alone looks the pick. He has finished third in his last two starts but still has plenty to find to get his head in front. Almuftarris showed promise when sixth at Newmarket but it should pay to side with one of the newcomers here. Preference is for Sir Michael Stoute's Dansili colt COUNSEL. A 200,000 guineas yearling, he's related to a string of top sorts and the stable is really starting to motor now.

Esentepe has only finished outside the first three once in seven starts but is starting to look exposed now. Minsky Mine and Market Puzzle both scored last time out and although 6lb penalties won't help their respective causes, they cannot be ruled out. Bidable scored off a 1lb higher mark at Chepstow in May but needs to improve on some disappointing efforts since, so it's worth taking a chance on BOWSERS BRAVE, for whom the penny may have dropped at Kempton last time when third after a poor start. He returns to turf off a very handy mark and might not have too much to find to score here.
