DANESIDE shaped well on only his second start for P J O'Gorman when fourth here last month and can score, with the return to 7f sure to suit. Fen Flyer showed more in maiden company four weeks ago and is considered, while Medam cannot be ruled out dropped to this grade. Tom Queally is an eyecatching jockey booking aboard Kai, although the four-year-old is extremely difficult to recommend on recent evidence.

Watch out for: Medam (1)

Medam has looked on the verge of regaining the winning thread on her last 2 starts, and can have no excuses from an inside berth in this lesser event. Daneside is one to note in the market after a couple of spins over shorter here for his new yard, while Foie Gras and Chester Deelyte hold solid frame claims, for all they aren't the easiest to win with.

The well-bred PHOSPHORESCENCE didn't show a great deal on his racecourse bow in the summer but Lady Cecil's charge is fancied to leave that form well behind in this weaker affair. Kingston Eucalypt sets the standard on all known form and ought to be on the premises once again, while Wilhana is upped in trip after her early progression appeared to flatten out. Lateral Thinking rates best of the remainder.

Gary Moore has his string in good order at present and a bold showing from Dutchartcollector on his handicap debut would come as no surprise. PLOUGH BOY almost exploited a 2lb lower mark over 7f here last month, though, and that form might prove strong enough. The Dandy Man colt shaped as though he'd be better over further that day and can take full advantage of the step up to 1m. The winner, Starlight Princess, is 2lb worse off but still commands attention and completes the shortlist.
