WHISPER LOUDLY failed to land a blow over 1m at Turfway Park last month, but she has much less on her plate tonight and could take all the beating over this longer trip. Quaking Asp is taking a slight drop in class and is entitled to have her say in the outcome, while Bohemian Rain is another who warrants respect.
LIGHT SHOWERS made a pleasing debut when third over 6 1/2f at Turfway Park last month and, with improvement on the cards, she could prove the one to be on over this longer trip. Matchless Moment has finished in the frame on her three latest outings and should go close once again, while Luck Be A Lady is another with claims.
SPEAK OF KINGS showed a good attitude when landing the spoils over this trip at Turfway Park last month and, with that confidence-booster under his belt, he gets the confident nod to follow up tonight. Boots Are Walking faces his easiest task of late and could pose the main danger, while Deputy G is another worthy of consideration.
In what looks a tricky puzzle for punters to solve, it could pay to side with SLY STORM. This filly caught the eye in a recent workout and will be fancied to make a winning debut tonight. Wind Me Up finished a respectable fourth on her first outing in public and rates the biggest threat, while Ghoul is another in with a shout.
CRIMINOLOGIST hasn't been seen on the track since completing a four-timer in November but, providing that she arrives fully wound up for her return to action, she could prove a cut above these rivals. Sharp Susan is taking a significant drop in grade and seems set to battle it out for the silver medal with Testama.
HAPPY POINT flattened out in the closing stages when third over 7f here last month and is strongly fancied to lose her maiden tag now dropped in trip. Ready To Dream has been knocking on the door of late and could give the selection most to think about, while Pious Ashley is another worth considering on her racecourse debut.
CHINCHILLA stayed on strongly when second over 5 1/2f at Fair Grounds last month and could prove extremely hard to beat now stepped up in trip. Rejoicing won readily at Gulfstream last time out and is unlikely to go down without a fight, while South Atlantic is another who cannot be easily dismissed.
KODIAK KOWBOY finished with a wet sail when landing the spoils over 6f at Oaklawn last month and, with this step up in trip not a concern, he will be fancied to complete a double. Eaton's Gift won cosily at Gulfstream last time out and is entitled to make his presence felt, while Hatta Fort is also in with a squeak.
STORMING OFF lost little in defeat when second over this trip at Gulfstream in February and could prove the one to be on in what seems a particularly open affair. Vacation won in gritty fashion at Gulfstream last time out and is entitled to go close tonight, with Big Stick also holding sound place claims.
