MAN IN GREY sets the standard and should prove hard to beat. A cosy winner here two starts ago, the five-year-old lost little in defeat when finishing a close-up third last time and he holds stand-out claims here. Rainbow Inthestorm and Magazine are put forward as the main dangers.
Tumble Creek and Jack Be Fast both come here on the back of solid recent efforts but this represents a marked drop in class for MOVING VIOLATION and he won't find many easier opportunities than this.
Rogersville comes into this in good form but slight preference is for the light-raced EQUIVOCAL who left behind a modest debut effort when second here last time. There should be more to come and he can go one better tonight. Nicut Coyote rates next best.
R B LION KING has proved himself pretty effective at this level and, returning this grade following a higher grade effort last time, he is fancied to resume winning ways. The consistent Ottowise can give him most to think about with Chill Wind another to consider.
A few in with chances in a competitive heat but TURNER LOOSE finished with a real rattle when opening his account here back in August and she makes most appeal tonight. Lightly-raced track winner Not Abroad warrants plenty of respect with Yourhythmic getting the verdict to claim third position.
CLASSIC LOVE landed a similar C&D event to this with plenty to spare before a good effort in a higher grade latest and she should be tough to beat back down in class tonight. There was little between Double Notes and Point Perfect when first and second respectively over C&D latest and they can give the selection most to think about.
Meridian Mama is sure to improve for her debut experience and should be on the premises but ELUSIVE TEMPER has been showing promise in her recent workouts and can make a winning debut. Lotus Of The Nile is another interesting debutante.
Tsunami Sammy is unexposed and merits consideration along with Dancing Digits, who finished runner-up here in a similar contest earlier this month. BURGEE won well over an extended mile here last time and is taken to follow up.
Snuck On By is one to monitor closely and should be in the mix whilst Classic Tiger can figure if bouncing back to his best form. However, WHITEHOUSE RIDGE went well over C&D last time and a reproduction of that effort might be good enough to win here.
