SPRINGCOURT was fifth in a stronger grade over 1m here last time and probably wouldn't need to improve much on that level of form to figure now eased in grade. Awake At T Wire and Scotus can battle it out for the minor honours.
ENGINE appears to be improving between runs and took a forward step when runner-up over 1m here latest. With normal improvement, the selection can find what is needed to score at the third attempt here. Brabbham and Street Prince can battle it out for the minor honours.
ROYAL SUSPICION returned to winning ways over 1m here earlier in the month and is taken to land quick double while seemingly on good terms with himself. Majestic Marquet and Allie Sweet can scrap it out for second.
ZOL ZAYNE appears to be slowly coming back to the boil and is taken to build on his recent 7f Woodbine fourth to land the spoils. He stayed on strongly last time and could relish this stiffer test. Lion Keen and Red Supreme look best of the rest.
SPECIAL ACTION returned an easy winner over a route at Finger Lakes last time and should take all of the beating if holding his form on his return to this track, at which he's a previous winner. Becky's Kitten and J W Blue are the two that could put up most resistance.
MY TEDDY BEAR wasn't beaten far when second over 1m here earlier in the month and is taken to confirm placings with the likes of Jesses Giant Dunk, Post Pattern and Cat Man Fu, all of whom have finished behind him here in various contests over the last month.
LURE OF THE SOUTH may be capable of improving on his recent eighth placing at the track now eased in grade. He's a dual course winner and was holding his own in stronger races than this in the autumn. Warrior Up and Vee's Accolade both have place possibilities.
JITNEY struggled to get competitive in a valuable stakes race here last month but this looks a more realistic assignment and she may be capable of returning to winning ways. Pennymine is feared most, though a big run from Bird House would also come as no surprise.
Royal Jest has been running well over further and is one to consider now tackling this sprint trip for the first time. Nevertheless, preference is for SHEA DARBY, who went down by just a neck in a valuable stakes contest at Finger Lakes latest. Prize Taker is unlikely to be far away either.
