ZEN BUDDHA stayed on willingly when finishing fourth over 6f here last month and gets the confident nod to regain the winning thread now stepped back up in trip. Musical Melody won with plenty up her sleeve at Philadelphia last time out and is unlikely to go down without a fight, while Capote's Princess is another in with a shout.
ATLAS MOUNTAIN made a pleasing debut when placed second after finishing third) here last month and, with improvement on the cards, he could take all the beating in this event. Pa Pa Ed and Sportin' Man finished third and sixth respectively that day and look set to scrap it out for minor placings again.
TAKING THE REDEYE was far from disgraced when finishing fourth here in February and, with much less on his plate tonight, he could prove a cut above these rivals. Rodando is taking a massive drop in class and rates the biggest threat, with the James Ferraro-trained Delta Sea also holding sound place claims.
SKY DIAMOND hasn't been seen on the track since scoring over 1m at Meadowlands in September but if arriving fully wound up for his racing return, he could prove the one to be on over this shorter trip. Lethimthinkhesboss has finished in the money on his two latest starts and can go close again, while Golden Blaise is another with claims.
NORTHERN BUSTER flattened out in the closing stages when finishing second over 1m here last month and will be fancied to go one better now dropped in trip. Mastermind won readily here last time out and is entitled to have his say in the outcome tonight, while Hard Iron is another that cannot be easily dismissed.
GOLDEN WIN was doing all her best work in the latter stages when landing the spoils over 6f here last month and, with this step up in trip not a concern, she's hard to oppose in her bid to follow up. Boxitup is entitled to go close if arriving match fit for her return from a lay-off, while Roll The Di is another of interest.
TAKE THE BLUFF was below par when finishing behind Irish Majesty in a stronger race than this here last month but he is fancied to reverse the form if back on song this evening. Santa's Gold is down in class and Blazing Purrsuit has every chance on the pick of his efforts.
Bartola contested the UAE Derby last year but was well beaten that day and failed to sparkle on his recent reappearance at this venue. For Kisses was a creditable third in Grade 2 company on her penultimate start (Baby Bird fourth), but the vote goes to MORNING GALLOP who had the aforementioned Bartola back in the field when finding only one too good in a similar event to this last month.
SCORSICA shaped well in third on her racecourse debut over this trip at Gulfstream Park in February and she could prove the one to beat tonight with that experience under her belt. Judiths Column and Philosophizer also did more than enough on their respective debuts to be of considerable interest.
