FRENCH NATIVE was far from disgraced when finishing second around this track and trip last month and, with much less on her plate tonight, she could prove a cut above these rivals. Devils Railway Cat finished an honourable third here last time out and is entitled to have her say in the outcome, while Canvas Court looks best of the remainder.
SWEET SMILEY arrives here on the back of a respectable third over 1m here last month and could take all the beating over this longer trip in what looks a particularly open affair. Phantom's Magic is taking a slight drop in class and is entitled to make her presence felt, while Pewterelo is another that cannot be easily dismissed.
NO CHARMING didn't appear to get home when finishing sixth over 5 1/2f here last month and gets the tentative vote to lose his maiden tag now dropped in trip. Aurora's Secret faces his easiest task to date and could pose the main danger, with the Dale Huber-trained Flashy Prospector also holding sound place claims.
ABBY'S SISTER showed a good attitude when landing the spoils around this track and trip last month and, with that confidence-booster under her belt, she will be fancied to follow up tonight. Enduring has finished in the money on her two latest outings and should go close once again, while Lady Lake A is another in with a shout.
DANGEROUS CROSSING produced a gallant effort in defeat when finishing second over 5 1/2f here last month and receives the confident nod to regain the winning thread now stepped back up in trip. Gametracker and Jolie's Jewel finished third and fourth respectively that day and look set to scrap it out for minor placings again.
IMISSWHAT'SISNAME stayed on willingly when finishing an honourable fourth over 5 1/2f here last month and is strongly fancied to reverse placings with Peggy's Ruby and Check The Math (finished second and third respectively) over this longer trip.
JOHNS ROCKSTAR flattened out in the closing stages when finishing third over an extended 1m here in December and could prove the one to be on now dropped back down in trip. Quintana Roo is taking a slight drop in grade and rates the biggest threat, while Come Early is another worthy of consideration.
CAVIARBYTHECREEK has been in cracking form of late and, after comfortably completing the hat-trick around this track and trip last month, she's extremely hard to oppose in this event. Cherokee Babe is entitled to go close if arriving fully wound up for her return from a lay-off, while O Mea Maya is another in with a squeak.
