Has twice failed to confirm her excellent December qualification at Le Mans, but sports front pads for the first time and should not be overlooked

Quality colt but eliminated in both starts since the turn of the year. Is plainly a decent trotter in the making and, if applied, can wrap this up

Has placed just once in 5 starts to date and in this company has no possible chance

7th of 8, a place behind NEUILLY DE PLAY (5), in a 2225m Mauquenchy Class E 2.5 weeks ago, her first appearance since November. Is reunited here with Clement Duvaldestin who won with her at La Capelle and looks a leading contender

Handy element that made the frame in 2 of last 3, including going clockwise at Saint-Brieuc. Is unlikely to get her nose in front but can nevertheless challenge for a place in the picture

Qualified in 1'17'2 at Meslay-du-Maine before imposing smartly on debut in an Angers Class F on 11 January. Makes Vire bow with morale on a high and must be taken seriously

Modest individual that has shown little aptitude for either discipline and can be ruled out

Last of 9 to LISON DES GLENAN (9) on monte debut here early last month. Will have come on for the race but others still easier to back

Debuts in the discipline after being eliminated here 3 weeks ago. Has shown decent aptitude for the harness code and if ability transitions, his place will be in the money

Reliability not her strong suit but reassured when 3rd to LISON DES GLENAN (9) in a Class F over course and distance 3 weeks ago, and a repeat performance is not beyond the realm of possibility

Has not been seen under the saddle since last July. Has failed to deliver in 4 harness starts this year and is not about to upset the apple-cart

Showed promise at 3 but has endured an interrupted career. Sports a fresh configuration for re-entry but cannot be considered a priority

Has started to show improvement after a lacklustre end to 2025. Gave a fine account at Vincennes a month back and can finish in the frame this time

Back under the saddle after having produced some good harness performance over recent months. Sports modified shoeing and will be no easy touch

Has taken very nicely to the monte code and even though in better company this time, is still easy to fancy for the double

Is much-improved since starting to race barefoot, latterly coming 4th, a place behind MARIE DES BAUX (8), in a 2800m Argentan Class F on 6 January. Is not a priority but should still have the wherewithal to get a look in

Mixes the good with the less-good. Has not been seen out since early-September and even though racing barefoot for the first time, is going to need the run

Ran 5th behind MARIE DE L'AUNAY (1) at Argentan on 17 January before running fine 2nd in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class F on 4 February. Should find Vire profile to her liking and, with form maintained, will not be far off the mark

Won twice during the autumn, including over 2800m here, but out of the picture in last 2 and must get her house in order

Makes first appearance since winning a Lisieux claimer last October. Is confirmed at Vire but is being aimed too high

Has show a different side to herself since the turn of the year. Was less-performant behind MARIE DES BAUX (8) at Argentan last month but has been reconfigured and must not be underestimated

Sprang something of a surprise when 2nd of 7 finishers at Angers early last month. Should take well to Vire conditions and has a decent chance of making the frame again

Has been knocking at the door since late-November. Is new to the venue, and starts wide on the front line, but still represents a solid place chance

Runner-up to MESANGE DU RIB (14) in a 2800m Class F here 3 weeks ago, then failed to deliver at Maure-de-Bretagne a fortnight later. Has not won the draw-lottery either and is unlikely to spice things up

Did everything right on debut in a 3025m Chateaubriant Class F on 5 January. Will have come on for the race and will be expected to bring the fight to MESANGE DU RIB (14)

Produced career-best performance when 2nd in a Nuille-sur-Vicoin Class F last October and has nothing to contribute here

Starts for the first time since winning a Cholet Class F last September and will not be given a hard race

Made good on her promise when winning a Saint-Brieuc Class G 2 weeks ago but is out of her depth, and badly-drawn, this time

Has shown marked improvement since being switched to the harness code, latterly breaking her duck here 3 weeks ago. Goes barefoot again and can confirm

Eliminated in 2 after opening her account at Cabourg in December, and can expect to have few takers

Gave a very good account on re-entry in a 2425m Angers Class F 3 weeks ago when 4th behind MELODY MADJI (7). Has ground to make up and has pulled a tough number, but is still worth keeping an eye on

Useful element making first appearance since finishing 4th at Caen last June. Will need the run, but is still better than many here and can compete for a first-5 cheque

Has acquitted himself well in 2 Argentan starts this season. Is plainly on the right road and appears to have a lot more to offer this time

Tricky sort that would have finished closer at Agen a fortnight ago had he not faulted with 200m to run. Benefits from a good draw, will be fully fit after a pair of runs, and is ideally-placed to get off the mark

Serious sort that ran 2nd here last summer before being sent for a rest. Was eliminated on comeback last Tuesday but has a lot going for him here and Clement Duvaldestin will be minded to keep him focused

Went into his winter spell on a good note after running 4th in a 2850m Laval Class E in early-November. Will not be available at 156-1 this time but is unlikely to shake things up either

Sprang a 24-1 surprise when 3rd in a 2800m Argentan Class F early last month, but a repeat performance is not on the cards

Has not been seen out since August but is unshod-behind for the first time, with a top driver in the bike, and from the front line can make a big splash

Modest sort making first start since mid-December. Is first-time barefoot but would still be preferred at a lower level

Lost his action, when full of running, in a 2800m Argentan Class F on 6 February. Competitively-shod for the first time and will not be far from the action if Francois Lecanu positions him early

Has turned a corner since starting to race barefoot but sports pads this time and will have other ambitions

Reassured somewhat when 4th in a Laval amateurs Class G on Thursday but backs up with little to offer

Modest element with better form in the other code and the lengthy absence will do him no favours

Starts for first time since running 8th in a Class E over course and distance last November and is unlikely to influence the result

Complicated individual starting for first time since early-December. Will be shod for comeback and can be ignored

Unremarkable mare that has not made the frame since last July and is not about to change her ways

Dependability not his strong suit but will be shod as he was at Chateaubriant in early-January and, from the front row, can get in on the action if his trainer-driver keeps him trotting

A fine servant for the most part but has not been at his sharpest for past 2 months and, despite a good entry, still looks an outsider

Very hard to knock in current configuration, and hard to fault in current form either. Has placed in 1 of 2 Vire starts and looks main threat to JOYEUX NONNA (17)

Seldom far off the mark when he manages to stay in stride. Presents solid clockwise references but with shoes fitted is unlikely to shake things up

Imposed at Enghien last October but has done nothing noteworthy since. Front shoes off for first goal of the year but still has no realistic chance

Makes first appearance since running 4th under the saddle at Graignes last November and can be confidently ruled out

Good mare but lost her way late last season. Runs barefoot for 2nd start back but still not a priority

In the frame in last 2 at Graignes early last month. Is consistently in the thick of things when applied and should again figure prominently

Reliable mare that finished 5th, a place behind JULIUS ECUS (5), in a 2875m Argentan Class E 3.5 weeks ago. Benefits from a good entry and can again make first 5

Kicked the year off with 2 straight successes. Came close to winning a 3rd at Pontchateau 2 weeks ago and is easy fancy for the win

Has not been seen out for 2 months and is new to Vire but is very useful when focused and returns to the harness code with a decent hand to play

Capricious sort making first appearance since imposing at Saint-Brieuc on 5 December. Won here last May, is competitively-shod for first start back, and merits respect

Delicate sort that has not made the first 3 since October 2023 and is not about to break the mould

Won 2 of 4 last summer before being sent for a rest. Is shod for comeback and is going to need the race

Pleasant at Argentan before coming 7th behind KEROSEN DU GERS (16) in a Nantes Class E last weekend and will need to raise his game

No slouch on a good day but is seldom not being scrutinised by the stewards. Has not been seen out since early-November, but will be barefoot, and will generate some interest

Has been very disappointing since imposing at Mauquenchy a year ago and with shoes on will have nothing to contribute

Quality element in the monte code. Runs for the first time since mid-September though and will not be given a hard race

Barring a pair of eliminations, has been in rude health over recent months. Was not disgraced here last June but still looks a minor place chance at best

Respectable mare that consistently gives her best, and has decent clockwise credentials, but in this company will have too much to do

Wonderfully-consistent and has excellent right-handed references. Should not be condemned for recent Vincennes performance, and can be backed with confidence this time. Chance

Unexceptional trotter starting for first time since last August. Is clearly better in the other discipline and will have few friends

Imposed at Vincennes in late-December but disappointing in 2 since. Shoes back on here and can be passed over

Has never shown any liking for the harness code. Is here for reasons of conditioning and will have noting to offer

Very hard to fault since the turn of the year. Makes Vire bow on a hat-trick and despite a 25m handicap still looks a major player

Useful trotter but has better prospects under the saddle and can be ruled out

Never far from faulting but is otherwise in excellent shape. Has been knocking at the door lately and enjoys a fine opportunity to win for the first time since April 2024
