Verdict

Even though a well-beaten second last time, STEPPING OUT had the rest right on top of him, however, he should get into the picture. NOBLE KINGDOM showed expected improvement in his second start and should enjoy the extra. GLOBAL APPROACH disappointed in his last two runs but if getting back on track could easily win a race of this nature. BROADWAY comes off a rest and if ready should make a race of it. GIMME A DIAMOND is better than his last run. CARNELO improved in his last run.

Good race. BIG GUY has been threatening and could get it right from pole position. CLAP OF THUNDER, on the other hand, has drawn widest but could get into the mix. OTTO LUYKEN ran close up in both starts but was reported blowing in both. GREGOR MACGREGOR and BRONZE SWORD are improving and shouldn't be far off.
