Just Likeold Times produced an excellent first run over fences when hunting up Dundrum Lad at Tipperary and is quite at home over this additional quarter mile. He should deliver a competitive effort, likewise Hurry Kitty, steadily competitive over fences and a good second to King's Wharf at Wexford last month. Overtures, who receives a handy age allowance, shaped with distinct promise on chasing debut and merits considerable respect but SAM KING was most impressive over timber at Downpatrick last weekend and looks just the sort to make a chaser. He may well make a winning fencing start.

Lash It On has an inconsistent profile but is capable at best and will obviously be of interest if the money comes as a representative of the Byrnes and Russell combination. That said, he pulled up when well backed the last day and is hard to assess accurately. Glasslyn Road has a decent record round here and has respectable each-way claims along with stable companion Dark Outsider. One Fine Morning is better than he's shown in two outings this term but NAUGHTY MOLLY is useful over both hurdles and fences and may gain reward for her consistency off a decent mark.

HENRY HOWARD is very much towards the lower end of the pecking order of the Willie Mullins' battalions but has been found a decent opportunity to get off the mark here. Recent placed efforts behind Runyon Rattler and War Anthem read well in the context of this contest and the Flemensfirth gelding can oblige at the ninth attempt. Knockraha Boss was sent over fences last time after five hurdling runs and was far from disgraced but connections revert to timber here and he looks the most likely danger. Tikkanen Express and Whither's Choice both delivered improved efforts last time.

This looks a competitive maiden mares' hurdle for the track but Rosshaven Lady has shaped well in similar company the last twice and should go close for Joseph O'Brien who is enjoying a tremendous rookie season. INCHIQUIN HIGH has performed with real credit in bumper company and is sure to take to this new discipline having landed four victories in the point-to-point arena. She could well prove a useful recruit and gets the nod. Khalessi actually holds Rosshaven Lady on latest running and seems sure to contend strongly - there should be little between the pair once again. Lucy Mc showed improved form the last day and completes the shortlist.

Herbiegoesbananas put some modest maiden hurdle form to one side when improving dramatically to land a long-odds surprise at Rosscommon last month. A 16lb rise looks harsh and it remains to be seen if he can follow up in this better race. Those above him in the handicap look to have plenty on here and ICELIP makes greater appeal towards the foot of the weights after an excellent effort when runner-up to the progressive King's Wharf last time. He's going the right way and can handle a 3lb rise in the ratings. Pixie's Lot was much improved the last day and will prove dangerous if backing up that progression.
