HAWAI PONT VAUTIER (8) caught the eye when 2nd on his reappearance at Bordeaux earlier this month. He needn't improve much to go one better here and is preferred to GILBERTO (5), who reverts to the harness category after an encouraging outing under the saddle, and complicated HOT SUMMER (3) who will make life difficult for the principals if he remains wise. KENNEDY FRANCE (9) is in good form and ran well enough at Vincennes earlier this month to think that he is the likely winner of this lucky last race. KOOPLES ERA (8) is not reliable but is quite capable of fighting out this finish. KSAR BLUE BOCAIN (3) is very hard to trust and has five disqualifications in a row but can surprise if smart this time. KAMARO DUEM (1) won at this track last month and is another to consider.
