Last Instalment warrants a massive amount of respect on his return from a lengthy spell on the sidelines, his Grade 1 Leopardstown victories over First Lieutenant and Call The Police towards the back end of 2011/start of 2012 read very well, but TEXAS JACK shades the verdict in receipt of 2lb and with a couple of starts this season already under his belt. The winner, second and fifth have all boosted the form of his last-time-out Clonmel third by either winning or running well in top races since and Paul Carberry has seemingly chosen him over high-class stablemate Realt Dubh. Baily Green comes out top on official figures but needs to be forgiven a lacklustre display in the Dial-A-Bet Chase.

A race that probably won't take much winning and slight preference is for the least exposed runner in the field, SOMETHINGWONDERFUL. OSCAR DELTA can go one better than his neck second in this event 12 months ago. He would have won the top hunters' chase event at last season's Cheltenham Festival but for jinking violently left and unseating Jane Mangan up the run-in and, despite thereafter posting a slightly lacklustre performance at Punchestown, he looks the one that they all have to beat on his seasonal return. Boxer Georg is feared most representing the trainer/jockey combination that won this contest last year, ahead of Limerick winner Burren River.
