YEOMANRY proved he stayed this far over hurdles and having earned a mark of 103 in the jumps sphere, Ian Williams' charge looks potentially well handicapped on the Flat following three qualifying runs in maidens. Mashdood has been eased 8lb in the weights and could take closer order than when a well-held fifth here last month but Zed Candy and Valantino Oyster are considered bigger dangers to the selection.
Elite Land invariably ran with credit despite drawing a blank in 2010, finishing a good second over fences when last seen in November, and he has fair prospects of getting back on the scoreboard here, perhaps at the chief expense of the consistent Zed Candy. Baltimore Patriot is another worth considering.

DUBAI HILLS trounced The Lock Master, Fault and Peter's Gift over C&D recently and Bryan Smart's four-year-old is impossible to oppose on that evidence. The potential danger is This Ones For Eddy, who is really well treated on the pick of his all-weather form and hinted at a return to winning ways when staying on for second here last month. Sirjosh is 6lb higher than for his recent win but the switch to this surface could eke out a little more improvement.
Dubai Hills had 3 of these behind when bolting up over C&D 12 days ago, and will be very hard to beat despite a 10 lb rise. This Ones for Eddy could do best of the rest.

James Given's 80-rated BILKO PAK is arguably still flattered by his current mark but his two-length victory in claiming company at Lingfield in November represents solid form at this level and Honkers Bonkers, his closest rival on official figures, was only third in a seller last time. Miss Moneypenni returns from a break, is dropped in class and has her first outing on Fibresand; she's one to monitor closely in the betting market.
Clear form picks Bilko Pak and Honkers Bonkers have to prove their effectiveness on this surface, but the duo should dominate if doing so, with the former getting the nod.

PALAWI stands out like a beacon here having been beaten only a head on his last Flat run over 1m4f at Pontefract in October before winning a juvenile hurdle at Haydock by 11 lengths. His subsequent effort in Grade 2 company at Cheltenham can be forgiven and this looks a winning opportunity for him back on the level. Odin's Raven is proving hard to win with but represents an in-form trainer, while the returning Eshtyaaq showed more than enough in the spring to suggest he can win a race of this nature.
Palawi has the best form on offer and proved he could win races when landing a juvenile hurdle at Haydock. He should be too strong for Odin's Raven and Eshtyaaq in this contest.

OURS has been acquitting himself well in handicap company so has to be seriously respected now eased into claiming grade. John Harris' gelding is a dual C&D winner and appears to be racing off a decent weight. He does need some sort of a pace to chase, however, and if they go at a crawl then Lakeman looks the one most likely to capitalise from the front for his in-form stable. Hard Rock City has claims if able to reproduce some of his Irish turf form from the summer but that looks far from guaranteed.
Hard Rock City hasn't shown much since coming over from Ireland, but this step back up in trip could well be the catalyst to him posting a ninth career victory. April Fool and Lakeman are others to consider.

Course specialists Bel Cantor and Charles Parnell look very well treated on their best form but they haven't been running to the same level of form of late and BOY THE BELL makes more appeal. The selection finished behind the reopposing Cape of Storms over C&D recently but the winner looks flattered by the bare form and there is every chance the selection can reverse the placings. Prince James is handicapped to win more races but would have made more appeal on polytrack.
Memphis Man has been running a bit better of late and, though just out of the handicap here, could be worth chancing. Desert Strike and Charles Parnell may also feature prominently.

Itsthursdayalready ran encouragingly on his Fibresand debut last month and remains handicapped to be competitive, but his strike rate is modest and for win purposes it may be worth chancing GOLD STORY. He posted a respectable effort in defeat over a mile here recently, despite racing from out of the handicap. The application of first time head headgear may bring about improvement for Brian Ellison's gelding and he can open his account at the eighth attempt now dropped back to 7f. Norcroft and Kielty's Folly have place claims.
