The hat-trick seeking Roy's Legacy clearly sets the form standard going into this nursery event but must defy a 6lb penalty and, for that reason, a chance is taken on DEDUCTION. Charlie Hills has enjoyed a pleasing start to his career as a trainer and his Holy Roman Emperor filly seems to be improving for each outing. She could be ahead of the handicapper off a mark of 61 but keep a close eye on Dark Ages in the first time blinkers.
Billyrayvalentine is an interesting nursery newcomer, while Roy's Legacy comes here at the top of his form, but Lupo d'Oro has been a bit unfortunate not to have broken his duck yet and he can put that right here.

An interesting maiden for punters to solve and while the well bred Dynastic takes the eye on paper, it could pay to side with GREEK WAR. The son of Monsun can benefit from having had a couple of runs now and experience may count double with the Mohammed Al Zarooni yard in top nick. Form at Newmarket last time behind the highly-regarded Harvard N Yale looks solid enough but keep a close eye on Pilgrims Rest who makes his debut for Richard Hannon.
A very tricky puzzle to solve given the number of well-bred newcomers from top stables. Dynastic may prove best of those, but previous experience is always worth plenty in these races and Free House's debut form could hardly have worked out better. He might be the answer given that form-pick Greek War looks as if he might be best at 7f for now.

Farraaj produced an impressive turn of foot on just his second start at Warwick when shedding his maiden tag and solid distance form bodes well. KINGLET however is preferred, however, following a respectable effort in similar company last time out at Salisbury. The Godolphin charge was sent off a well fancied 6-5 favourite that day and is worth of another chance in this field. Tell Dad can boast plenty of experience and must be respected.
Both Farraaj and Kinglet appeal as the types to do better still, the former taken to add to his Warwick maiden success.

Mikhail Glinka has failed to recapture the form that saw him land the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot in 2010 but the former Aidan O'Brien inmate shouldn't be ruled out as the Gary Moore charge takes a slight drop in class. Emerald Commander is seemingly the main Saeed Bin Suroor hope with Frankie Dettori in the saddle but KING TORUS gets the vote. Jockey Richard Hughes was very confident about his chance before winning in similar company at Haydock last time out and with further improvement likely, he will take all the beating.
King Torus arrives here as a fresh horse and gets the nod after looking as good as ever when landing a Haydock listed race earlier this month. Secrecy and Emerald Commander have solid place prospects, though neither The Rectifier or Lay Time can be left out of calculations.

Present Danger also warrants respect in the first time visor while the hat-trick seeking Jiwen is another with claims.

The C&D form of Groomed bodes well and the William Haggas charge has been raised just 4lb following that particular success here in August. However, it is another son of Acclamation that is preferred and AERIAL ACCLAIM can finally score for Clive Cox this season following a run of placed finishes. The easy ground appeared to get the better of him when last sighted and he is expected to relish a return to quicker underfoot conditions.
