Verdict

FIRE AND FORGET stayed on strongly to score over 5f here last time and, with this drop back in trip not a concern, she gets the vote to follow up. Unwavering Hope was less than a length behind the selection that day, finishing second, and should give another good account, while Aunt Mabel is no forlorn hope.

Verdict

RODERICK certainly wasn't stopping when landing the spoils over five and a half furlongs here last time and will be well fancied to follow up. Brass Knuckles and Jaeger could give Sandee Beattie's gelding most to think about.

Verdict

At first glance MOUNTAIN ROSE remains a frustrating maiden but this is only her third try at 1m and it is possible she could build upon a fair effort over this trip at Laurel latest. Cascade's Comet and Sister Bridget can scrap it out for the minor honours.

Verdict

FLEET OF FRIENDS scored with plenty in hand at Delaware last month and, now eased in grade, is very difficult to oppose. The main dangers may be the consistent One Cool Dude and Billionaire Bob, who clashed over C&D recently with the former coming out on top in third.

Verdict

SWEEPTHEMEDALS rates a little better than the bare margin of defeat showed last time after her rider lost his irons, over a trip that stretches her stamina anyway. The drop back to this shorter trip looks ideal and compensation could be in the offing. Stained Glass and Cam On The Run are also considered.
