LILLIE LANGTRY had excuses when failing to justify favouritism in the Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh in August. Her earlier form puts her head and shoulders above most of these and she it taken to regain the winning thread. Jira has been found wanting at the highest level but wasn't beaten far in a valuable sales race here last month and will be pressing for a place again while Siyaadah is almost certainly better than she showed at Goodwood last time.
Lillie Langtry sets the standard and has to be respected but she has twice been turned over at short odds and it could be worth taking her on with the progressive Dubawi Heights. Second to a smart filly last time, she should relish this first crack at 7f and can't remain a maiden much longer. Pink Symphony shaped well last time and could sneak into the frame.

Aidan O'Brien's two-year-olds can never be ignored here and Alfred Nobel has already landed a Group 1 and a Group 2 in his native Ireland. It's possible 7f on heavy ground stretched his stamina last time but he also looked as though he might be ready for a rest. The improving Society Rock could be a danger if he lasts home but preference is for the unexposed MARKAZZI, who holds a host of fancy entries and won in a canter at Leicester last month.
Alfred Nobel brings Group-1 winning form to the party, but he also sowed a seed of doubt when blowing out on his latest start. He'll be tough to beat if at his peak, but Sir Michael Stoute's Markazzi has looked no slouch in his 2 runs to date and could just improve past him. Atlantis Star rates the pick of Godolphin's quartet.

Fantasia's comfortable Doncaster win should have boosted her confidence but 1000 Guineas heroine GHANAATI, who found only Rip Van Winkle and Paco Boy too strong in the Sussex Stakes last time, must have a great chance of regaining the winning thread.
Ghanaati looked a cut above the other 3-y-o fillies when completing the Guineas and Coronation double earlier in the year and, having had a break since Goodwood, can confirm herself the best miler of her sex in Britain. She may have most to fear from the Sir Michael Stoute-trained pair of Strawberrydaiquiri and Heaven Sent, the former notably progressive.

Lochiel has only been put up a pound for winning over a longer distance at Haydock last week and should be thereabouts again. Camps Bay is gradually dropping down the weights and could also play a part, while Tinaar and Sandown winner Senses both come into this in good form. This trip could be the making of SANDOR, however, who showed what he was capable of when fifth in an unltra-competitive event at Goodwood in July.
Tinaar is improving with experience and there may be more to come from her yet. She is preferred to the more exposed pair of Lochiel and Resplendent Light.
