This looks an penalty kick for GINO TRAIL who has shown some very smart form this season, including when runner-up to Champion Hurdle winner Buveur D'Air at Warwick on New Year's Eve and in the Kingmaker at the same track last month behind Flying Angel, and faces vastly inferior opposition today. Beyeh returns from an 863-day absence having last been seen when third behind Volnay De Thaix in November 2014 and looks the most likely to pick up second place over Crowd Control.
GINO TRAIL is a cut above these and is impossible to oppose down in class. Beyeh hasn't been seen for over 2 years but could be the one for the forecast.

A race that lacks depth and it will be somewhat surprising if either of Taws or WHATDUHAVTOGET are not successful this afternoon. The preference is for the latter following her second to Verdana Blue at Taunton last month and that rival went on to finish fourth at the Cheltenham Festival last week. Taws chased home the high-class Finian's Oscar at Exeter two starts ago but her efforts either side of that start suggest that her proximity to that rival may have flattered her. Big Robin is the pick of the remainder but she did finish a long way behind the selection in an Irish point-to-point.
