Eritage ended his winter campaign under a bit of a cloud for the Ditcheat team and could do better now chasing after an extended break. Monsieur D'Arque has found just one too good the last twice at Warwick and Newton Abbot and needs to find a bit extra in order to strike. There was much to like about GOA LIL's reappearance at Chepstow 13 days ago, where Nigel Twiston-Davies' charge finished third under an aggressive ride. Front-running tactics suit the four-year-old, and a 2lb rise doesn't look too harsh.

Billy's Angel fell on his last start for Adrian Murray and could find some improvement for Amy Murphy, with the booking of excellent 5lb claimer Jack Tudor a noteworthy addition to the saddle. Chasamax is better than what he showed at Uttoxeter in September, but a safer option here might be ROCK ON TIGER. SHININSTAR won over C&D 12 months ago on his first run of the season before pulling up at Hereford after making a bad mistake. He is only 3lb higher than his last victory and the 11-year-old is capable of bouncing back after 10 months off the track. Grand Coureur has been in decent form over the past few months and may benefit from a first-time visor, while Anti Cool returned to form after wind surgery when runner-up at Warwick last month and may benefit going this way round having jumped to his right.
