HELIUM absolutely bolted up on his latest visit to the Shropshire venue and is difficult to get away from whilst he has the bit between his teeth. Two wins and a second-placed effort since making his seasonal bow at Worcester last month, he's officially 1lb well-in at the weights under a 7lb penalty and Alexandra Dunn has her Dream Well gelding running at the top of his game. The Bay Bandit and Grimley Girl are others to consider.

Watch out for: The Bay Bandit (6)

HELIUM has hit a rich vein of form suddenly, storming clear of his rivals when winning again over C&D earlier this month, and still looks fairly treated turned out under a penalty. The Bay Bandit's consistency is hard to knock, and he should be in the mix once more, while Queen Olivia showed an aptitude for chasing earlier in the year, and is an interesting runner on debut for Oliver Sherwood.

This could prove an informative event and perhaps DALIA POUR MOI can go one better after he was narrowly denied at Wetherby in October. Robin Of Locksley is only reluctantly passed over, though, as he travelled well in a competitive Cheltenham event on his hurdling bow and can do better if settling more effectively this time round. Always Lion was thought good enough to contest the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival and shaped with promise over timber last month.

KING MASSINI isn't a prolific winner by any means, but he is looks well treated on his current mark and had Rockiteer in arrears when taking fourth spot at this track in October. Simply The West has to enter calculations, though, as he was far from disgraced behind a subsequent Grade 2 winner at Wincanton and represents a stable in great nick. Highpower seemed to improve for the application of a visor when winning over hurdles at Cartmel and might be worth another chance over the bigger obstacles.

Watch out for: Simply The West (2)

HAYJACK has been off the track for a while but he's been given a chance by the handicapper and could be worth risking with his yard in good form. Highpower is the potential improver in the field and is next best ahead of Shy John.

ROBIN REEF was last sighted running out an impressive winner at Kempton in March, stretching seven lengths clear of a subsequent dual scorer, and she should be kept firmly onside on her reappearance. Pink Play left a modest debut effort behind when narrowly touched off at Worcester last month and she ought to give the selection something to think about. Eardisland is another worthy of shortlist inclusion, along with Miss Crick.
