DAFAROUN, a winner over C&D back in 2005, comes into this in good heart having produced some fine efforts of late and looks the one to beat in the opener. His most recent effort was good third in slightly stronger company at the Curragh and he can take this contest. Burhaan enjoyed a good season until disappointing when dropped to the minimum distance last time. Today's trip will suit him better and he, and Paris Sue, could prove the main dangers.
