DUBAWI LIGHT powered clear to win going away over this track and trip last time out and another big run likely beckons now he's allowed to take his chance under a penalty in 0-70 company once again. Ralph Beckett's three-year-old Hawkin shaped as if this stiffer test may suit when placed over a mile at Bath last time and has place possibilities, along with the dependable Marmalad.

DUBAWI LIGHT is low mileage for a horse rising 5, but is starting to build up a very promising polytrack record, and the manner of last week's C&D win suggests he can defy a penalty. Spring Dixie has finished runner-up on each of her last five outings and is unlikely to be far away at the finish, though her consistency hasn't gone unnoticed by the assessor and it might be worth siding with BUCKLAND BEAU instead. Charlie Fellowes' four-year-old was denied a clear run when fifth over track and trip last time and could improve on that effort if getting a better passage this evening. Castle Talbot tackles this trip for the first time and is also worth a market check.

His latest effort, when touched off by under a length to finish third in the Wentworth, looks a fair piece of form, so Dean Ivory's charge is expected to capitalise on a 2lb drop and make the most of this opportunity now eased back into handicap company. Intransigent returned to form over 7f here last time and has place claims along with Hallelujah. The smart Rivellino would have made more appeal from a lower draw.
