Verdict

HUNTER CAT looked to have the requisite ability to win one of these when finishing a close runner-up at Belmont in October and could prove tough to beat. Chief Of State trailed a couple of subsequent winners when taking the minor honours in July and might be worth a chance if encountering market support on his return. Recent claiming runner-up Miroc completes the shortlist.

Verdict

JETER has joined a yard in decent nick and might be worth another chance. The dropped-in-grade American Creed is feared most, but recent winner Sol The Freud can get on the premises with his confidence buoyed.

B THREE looked thoroughly progressive when breaking her maiden tag over 7f here earlier this month, she represents an in form yard and must be thereabouts. Flatware was found out in a stakes race last time and this is more realistic, while Miss Kew can also go well.
