Verdict

Querari filly COCCOLINA made her debut as a four-year-old recently and it was a decent effort. She can get the timing right in her second try over the course and distance. LIGHT THE FIRE has just turned three and is open to good improvement. He has already shown potential as a juvenile and could prefer the track. MAGIC SURPRISE didn't give in when beaten in a thriller on the Poly. If he doesn't mind the switch to turf he could take advantage from gate No 1. SUN IN MY POCKET can get away if allowed to. Well-bred DEVOTED could suddenly show.

Competitive. DIRECTOR, while well beaten, has been staying on over shorter and could go closer over the extra. But there are a few that have improvement to come. PIED PIPER was very green when jumping from 1000m to 1600m and is bound to go a lot better in his third outing. PEMBURY stayed on behind promising Deandre's Dream last time. INVICTUS JET made good improvement staying on well when tried over 1750m and could be even better over 1900m. She carries a light weight and has the best of the draws. CALL ME WILD is looking to go one better after finishing runner-up in his last two. He is drawn in stall No 2 and could take it to the wire. LIMELIGHT LEGEND has good form and could be the older runner that will test this field. He will, however, need the race run to suit from the widest draw. FINE WINE hasn't enjoyed the Poly of late and could suddenly show back on turf.

MASTER JOSH gave weight and a beating to well-backed Go Grayson Go and that could be the form line to be with. He has drawn nicely this time. ROSH KEDESH arguably brings the strongest form. He beat Dawn Till Dusk last time and the latter came out to win a thriller straight after. But ROSH KEDESH has more to do, he has drawn wide. NELSON BAY is capable but has drawn widest. Verdict

SIBERIAN WINTER has gone closest over this course and distance but she looks capable of winning over slightly further too. She has much in her favour and can finally notch up win number two. But it is competitive. Rested LADYBUG has finally landed a decent draw. She has raced fresh and should have every chance if she does. BUTTERCUP BABY may come in for support. The last time she did she ran out a convincing winner and she must also be taken seriously even if racing after a break. AYUWI YUWI has another win to come if she gets the right breaks. More can upset.
