Verdict

BOMBER STREAM shows good pace and could get into the money from gate No 1. BRING THE MAGIC performed well, even though over-racing last time, and should have every chance. CATAVAR improved with blinkers fitted and can step up further on that performance as he has run some fair races. LUKHAYF and CAPTAINSHIP are better than their recent efforts, both can make the exotics pay. LIONS EYE made a fair local debut for his new yard. He is a well-bred son of Silvano that could overcome his draw and get in the firing line again.

Verdict

IRISH ANTHEM is a well-bred son of Gimmethegreenlight who runs for Mike de Kock and Muzi Yeni and could be one to watch. WORLD OF OUR OWN caught the eye with a good finish and took third on debut over the course and distance. He may prefer further but should, nevertheless, have every chance. TICKALOX and MEERKAT MOON both ran decently in their penultimate races. The latter could be the one with more scope. ROTOTO has shown in the past and could be suited to the 1400m at this venue. Verdict

CAPTAIN OLIVER wasn't supported on debut but showed fair promise, running on strongly into third. The form line has worked out well and he should appreciate the extra. GOT THE FEVER could be on the up. She was a good second when tried over 1600m and is weighted to run very well. Watch out for SILVER PLATTER who ran on well after a slow start. He was just out of the money but stripping fitter could be dangerous. STAR OF THE FUTURE stayed on as if in need of ground after a rest. He is by Futura and could make good improvement.

Verdict

TYRCONNELL raced following a rest last time but ran on well to finish second ahead of specialist EL DANTE on local debut. He has drawn wide again but could confirm. EL DANTE is probably best when racing from the front and he should benefit from a 1.5kg claim so could turn the form around. Peter Muscutt has a strong three-horse coupling. NIGHT ROCKER is a youngster with improvement to come. DOWN BY THE RIVER has run well in stronger races but will need luck from the widest of berths. NOCTURNAL FLIGHT was close up in his last two and could prefer the drop in distance. JAZZ FESTIVAL boasts a strong finish.

Verdict

SPIRIT OF LEVANA has shown class and is entitled to be even better now racing as a three-year-old. She is weighted to have a big say but is racing after a rest and has drawn widest. ARTIST'S MODEL ran out an easy winner last time and the form has been well franked. But it could get close between him and ACTOR who beat him in the maidens. He should have more to come as well. VIEW OF THE WORLD and JAHAM both ran decent races out the maidens and need to be taken seriously again. COMEDY CLUB produced a good finish to win his second start and could be anything. SOHO STAR has shown class.

Verdict

STATE SECRET has shown no interest when racing on the poly. She appears to be a lot better than that form and could bounce back to best back on the turf. WARRIOR ROYALE won her maiden better than the margin suggested and could make a promising handicap debut. She looks well placed. SAFARI LODGE settled better and won her maiden easily. She is getting better with maturity and from gate No 2 must be included in all bets. VOLARE E MAMBO is holding form and is arguably better over this trip.
