Verdict

APPROACHABLE LASS caught the eye on debut, weaving her way home late after a slow start. She should come on nicely with the run but the race looks tough. CAN'T CATCH ME has been unlucky not to have got it right. She over-raced last time but flew up when tried over this distance in her penultimate. Blinkers may see her produce her best. VIVIR MI VIDA looked dangerous when only a short head behind APPROACHABLE LASS and looks to be improving for a stable in good form. IDEAL GIFT could enjoy the shorter trip. More in it.

Verdict

Trainer Tony Rivalland is in hot form. Well-named SUPER FAST could be the next to add to the tally. He is coming along the right way but is racing after a break. AFRICAN DUSK disappointed after a promising run behind a high-class individual. He could bounce back over this shorter 1200m distance. CAPTAIN ROCKET has come from a long way back in both of his starts. He has obvious ability and is probably still on a learning curve. LAZY GUY, MASERATI ROAR, AXEL COLLINS and COTTON RON all have rightful claims in this.

Verdict

ASARULUDU has run two good races on the Polytrack and it could be his turn this time. HARLEY STREET made a fair debut at Hollywoodbets Scottsville and then ran an equally fair race around a turn in his second start. Both runs were on soft ground, he could relish fast ground but must be respected. OSHAKATI, like ASARULUDU, has run on well on the poly and having drawn better could get the run of the race. LUCKY DOLLAR, CAPTAIN CORRUPT and recently gelded KASHKAVAL seem capable of better than their form suggests.

Verdict

NEWS STREAM ran a fair race after a rest and stripping fitter could be the one. But it is a handicap and most appear capable. MANHATTEN CAFE seems a bit better than his recent runs and could improving trying different tactics.
