Expert View Verdict

CHAMPENOIS was quite dangerous only losing her debut by a neck in what looked a fair field. She looks set to make amends here even if switching to turf and going the longer trip. GIRL IN GOLD made good progress on debut on the turf track so has that advantage and looks set to improve nicely as well. FLICHITY BY FARR took a hard ride last but has scope for improvement.

LA GITANILA set the pace in a feature last time. She drops in class so must rate a big runner but does try the poly. CLIFTON SUNSET has run two good seconds in a row and if stays the extra on the poly should give a very good account of herself. KARATAGE loves setting the pace but has more to hold off. ICY SPIRIT, SILVER CLASS and NIKKI all have the credentials to threaten.

Expert View Verdict

CAPE SPEED was one of the leading lights in his yard last year. He made a decent comeback recently. Another that looks set to turn in a much better run is CAPTAIN SPLENDID whose best form has come over this distance. BANNER HILL was not disgraced in the Betting World 1900. MY WORLD can threaten the latter two at the weights. If HYAKU stays he might get them all on form.
