Verdict

A race in which nothing makes considerable appeal, however, something has to win and BOO BOO's LOVE is nominated for the job in view of consistent efforts in defeat over a route the last twice. The drop back in trip could spark a second career success. Bel Largo and Paul Bunyan complete the shortlist.

MOLINARO RUSH is a model of consistency and looks the safest option in a trappy heat. The selection has solid strike rate over the trip and is capable of impacting at this moderate level. Chemistry Flash and Duettina make most appeal of the remainder.

Verdict

Grey Boundary was touched off by just a nose over C&D on his penultimate start and would go close if reproducing that effort, however, preference is for BELFAST DANCER, who lowers his sights having contested a $30k stakes race last time. Win And Reign completes the shortlist.

Verdict

NORTHERN MONARCH found the extended 6f on the sharp side here last time but is taken to improve upon that placing now returned to this longer trip. Fierce Prospect looks to be coming back to the boil and is feared most while Naughts Not Knots also merits consideration.

Verdict

SUPERBULL was an impressive three-length winner when last seen here over the extended 6f and the drop back to 6f isn't expected to pose many problems as the gelded son of Lemon Drop Kid possesses speed in abundance. Wise Catch looks to be returning to something like his best and is worthy of close consideration along with Brunnera.
