Fell From Grace has every chance on the form of her half-length defeat over 1m here in November, but hasn't raced since and preference is for the mach-fit TIME FOR A PARTY. She has been getting closer with each outing and wouldn't have to find much on her latest second in a similar event here to go one better today. Formichelli Gold was back in fourth that day and rates best of the remainder.
DON'T BACK DOWN broke his duck in impressive fashion over C&D and will be tough to stop if in a similar mood today. Calculus is better than he showed last time out and is a big threat if back on song, while Neveramomentspeace should come on for his recent reappearance.
Tenkiller Kid has claims on the pick of his form but preference is for recent course second TA BUENO, who brings stronger recent form to the table. Show King has place claims and also merits inclusion on the shortlist.
NICO'S PRIZE opened his account at the fifth time of asking when scoring over the extended 5f here last time and is expected to improve for this extra yardage. Hard Rumor and West Bay Road can battle it out for the minor honours.
LINE MOVE appeared to bump into a useful rival when finishing second on his latest start. He pulled nicely clear of the selection, though, and is preferred over the dropped-in-grade Have Another Look. Ursula'smartypants ran out on the turn when last sighted but is worth more than a cursory market check.
The consistent BATTLE NOTES narrowly missed out when stepped up to a route on his last start and might be worth following. Carrio and Slider trailed the selection (in that order) in third and fourth and can get on the premises, but perhaps the grade-dropper Needle In The Hay is a bigger danger.
Playbigorgohome is entitled to come on for his latest effort and could figure, but a safer alternative appears to be recent course fourth AL DENTE, for whom this extra yardage appears ideal. Take The Prize completes the shortlist.
FLO'S GREATNESS stayed on well at the finish when third over 5f here last time and could better that placing now granted this additional furlong. Last-time-out C&D winner Mel An Me is considered the main danger ahead of Devonshire.
