Expert View Verdict

HOOVES OF TROY quickened up late to win on debut and could have further improvement forthcoming. There was a lot to like about the way VIKING MOON won on debut and the son of Vercingetorix looks likely to follow up in this line-up. The Crusade colt WILD MOVE only found the decent Brandina a bit too good on debut and won nicely after that. She showed nice pace before last time.

Watch out for: Viking Moon (2)

VIKING MOON is quite tough to fault and will probably take the beating. Hooves Of Troy looks the most dangerous rival, while Fairyland merits respect as well.

MY MIRACLE has looked better the further she has gone and does have a winning chance once again. This distance is short of her best and she will need a decent pace though. Stable companions BUSHIRI and JALEIKA were both well beaten last time out but that was a decent field and they are both likely to do a lot better this time. ROCK STARDOM could earn some minor money.

BRANDINA is unbeaten in two at this course and was touched off in the Western Cape in her other starts. She does look a decent filly but this is her toughest test to date. CHASING GREEN ran well on debut and the Western Cape raider would not have have made the trip without winning ambitions so deserves respect. GREAT ACHIEVEMENT and MENDOCINO have ability and are not out of it.

Watch out for: Chasing Green (3)

MENDOCINO just about makes most appeal and seems likely to take the beating. Brandina has the best claims of the others, while Great Achievement commands a closer look as well.
