Verdict

LORD MARMITE was a bit of a disappointment last time out. Blinkers are back on and from a good draw should run a much better race. Stable companion STAR EFFECT is not as well drawn but is in good heart and should run a big race. RED BISHOP continues to hold his form and one of these days he will get a deserved victory. CRYSTAL CITY is coming off a bad run but is clearly better than that and must be considered. DALEEL and SON OF ZEUS are unexposed and with improvement likely would not be surprise winners.

Verdict

GRAZINGINTHEGRASS is on the up but did get a 4 point penalty for his last win which could make it harder for him to follow up and score again. STORM COMMANDER won well last time out and could follow up. GOLD ROCK is also coming off a nice win so we should be in for a decent race. PHIL'S POWER has been off form in his last few starts but has been at his very best over this course and distance and could show vast improvement.

Verdict

OUR WORLD did not show her best side on a soft track in her last two starts. She tries the Polytrack for the first time but if at her best she is clearly the one they have to beat. Stable companion INBETWEEN DREAMS clearly found 1300m on the sharp side last time and will like this longer distance. If her rival fails she is good back-up. QUEEN LOUISE is threatening for a first taste of victory but tends to lack a strong finish. JO LOVES has been a disappointment for her current trainer but tries this much longer distance.

Verdict

An open-looking race. EN GARDE is coming off a very good run on the turf. If as good this time on the Polytrack she can win. CRYSTAL STREAM loves this course and distance and should be right there at the finish. RESPECTABLE MISS is clearly improving and won a nice race last time out. PALACE QUEEN seemed to find the distance a bit on the sharp side last time and could bounce back. SACRED IBIS ran well last time and it will not be a surprise were she to go one better this time.

Verdict

A cracking race. Last season's Champion two-year-old WHATEVER NEXT takes on some decent sprinters who seem to be at the top of their game but he is game and fights to the bitter end so should go close. STRANGER DANGER comes in very good form. He is speedy and could make all once again. WHAT A WINNER can sometimes hang when under pressure but should be course-and-distance suited, AQUA DELTA was most impressive on the grass last time but can follow up. STEP LIVELY is consistent and can be considered a possible winner as well.
