BANGLA D'ESI (8) has never let the side down under these conditions however, and despite a wide draw, is nevertheless expected to bounce back from her recent monte fault. On paper, GRANITA DE VIETTE (1) may not be the most attractive proposition but she won her only start at the venue and deserves credit. HISTORIA KAT (2) is better-known for her monte exploits but is no slouch under harness and, although unseen since March, she is shod for competition and looks competitive.

LINDSTEDT (6) has also shown himself to be a good colt in the making and, given the nature of his debut success, will garner support. Useful at home in Italy, LEONARDO ROC (4) got off the mark a fortnight ago and, despite being in a tougher field this time, from the 4-spot still looks a player. LARGO D'ENFER (5) defied expectations at Cabourg recently and, with form maintained, can make the most of his position on the front line.

KIBBLE (11) moved up the class ladder in good order over the summer months, during which time she acquitted herself well at Enghien and, with front pads fitted for the occasion, can open her metropolitan account. She will still feel some heat from KOUREAS D'ELA (1) who was beaten only by a very good horse here 9 days ago. Racing with pads on all 4 did the trick for KALIE DE L'ORMERIE (2) at Vincennes last month and, similarly shod, looks a serious proposition on her Enghien debut. Filly of a similar profile, KAMILLE D'AUTHISE (10) finished a place behind her last time and should be good enough to pick up another cheque.
